Location was right off the expressway; many grocery and restaurant options nearby; on site laundry; microwave, fridge, and handicapped options available where applicable; flexible and understanding staff, especially since I had to arrive late and leave early due to a family emergency.

Sadly no breakfast options available. We saw one cockrosch on the wall the moment we arrived at our room, but only one we saw. Shower setup was a bit awkward being so small and thr shower head essentially sprayed out the small enclosure if you didn't have the curtain up exactly; should have been either more flexible head or redirected plumbing.

The location was great for us, as we were in town for the high school All Star football games being played at UWO. Also we were in easy walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Nothing to major, but our toilet seat was very loose and one one the people in our group and an issue with their key card, but that was resolved quickly.

The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The price was good. The room was comfortable, and we slept well. They gave us an extra hour to checkout.

The musty smell when u walk in the room. The pool wasn't available. Bad TV connection. Recommend bringing something to connect like PS5.

No breakfast and no pool unfortunately but it was on.point mostly with the rest..had a crazy lady next to me swearing snd slamming doors like shutter island but besides that it was decent

Great location for my needs. Has always been a positive experience. Staff always cordial and helpful.

The room was smaller than the one I had last time which is just what I needed.

There were ants crawling around in the bathroom.

convenient, clean, comfortable, reasonable price. had a refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave. the bed and pillows were comfortable.

there should be a guide to the tv channels. Should be more than two pillows.

Good location, and good value. bed was not the greatest, but for a couple of nights, it wasn't unbearable. the rest of the room was pretty spartan, but functional. there were enough outlets for lots of devices.

only 2 lights in the main room, which made all of the corners dark. the decor felt very dated, though not to the point of distraction. some of the shelving looked to be in need of minor repair.
