The young lady who checked us in, asked what kind of handicapped accessible room we needed. I told her my boyfriend was in a wheelchair. She looked at the room I had booked, and said the shower wasn't accessible. She apologized for the misunderstanding on the hotels web page. She then changed our room to a handicapped accessible room. I explained my parents and son and daughter in law and granddaughter was coming for our Christmas. She then offered us the board room, which was fantastic. When we got into our room, she called us to make sure the room would work. Very very happy with the service, and the hotel is fantastic!

We never understand why hotels put handicapped rooms on upper floors. If there was an emergency and elevators were down, how are they going to get to safety.

Free breakfast was very disappointing in terms of quality. Plastic disposable plates/bowls/silverware and packaged industrial pastries were a bit soul crushing after the lovely cookies at check-in. Uninspiring cereal and oatmeal options, coffee canister ran out a couple times. I wish just one thing about it had been good.

We had the one suite in the whole hotel that had a balcony :-) Decent breakfast included. Starbucks coffee. Proximity to AirVenture in Oshkosh. Has pool (though we didn’t use it as we had not read about it when booking so didn’t have suits along). Quiet. Good cookies in the afternoon.

Front desk is rarely attended. You have to pick up a phone to call for assistance.

Very clean, exceptionally great options. The room lay out was functional and clean. I really like that it was a non-smoking campus, didn’t have to walk past smokers. The breakfast was excellent

The only thing that could improve upon is having a person at the front desk to greet people entering the facility bs needing to pick up a phone and have someone come from a back room

Very nice looking facility. Rooms looked well maintained. Very upscale feel. Convenient location. Staff handled a difficult situation very professionally.

Access was confusing initially as you had to circle around to reach the entrance to the property. Elevator being down made us climb 4 floors when we checked in, which was not fun, especially for my 71 year old mother-in-law. It was repaired by the time we returned for the night, but sounds like it's been an ongoing difficulty there.

I liked how you had the “raiders” under our door to keep noise out and was quiet. Plus, the breakfast lady was kind, efficient and was stocked/cleaned when we went in. NICE! Oh! And having a computer/printer helped 1,000%

The breakfast was nice & tasty. A good variety of choices for food. The hotel was very clean and the staff I did encounter was friendly.

No one came to the desk when I checked out despite picking up the phone like the sign says. This was not a deal breaker.

Friendly staff. Items for purchase as needed. Close to other places.

No vending machines. Coffee not available early morning (although staff were kind and offered a cup of their own). Late breakfast so had to miss in order to catch a plane. Restaurant too expensive.

The property is clean, quiet, and close to our needs while in Neenah. I love the offerings here, from a provided breakfast to freshly baked cookies in the lobby.

This is so minor, but it would be great if the pool area had a hot tub.
