The young lady who checked us in, asked what kind of handicapped accessible room we needed. I told her my boyfriend was in a wheelchair. She looked at the room I had booked, and said the shower wasn't accessible. She apologized for the misunderstanding on the hotels web page. She then changed our room to a handicapped accessible room. I explained my parents and son and daughter in law and granddaughter was coming for our Christmas. She then offered us the board room, which was fantastic. When we got into our room, she called us to make sure the room would work. Very very happy with the service, and the hotel is fantastic!

We never understand why hotels put handicapped rooms on upper floors. If there was an emergency and elevators were down, how are they going to get to safety.

Very nice looking facility. Rooms looked well maintained. Very upscale feel. Convenient location. Staff handled a difficult situation very professionally.

Access was confusing initially as you had to circle around to reach the entrance to the property. Elevator being down made us climb 4 floors when we checked in, which was not fun, especially for my 71 year old mother-in-law. It was repaired by the time we returned for the night, but sounds like it's been an ongoing difficulty there.

The breakfast was nice & tasty. A good variety of choices for food. The hotel was very clean and the staff I did encounter was friendly.

No one came to the desk when I checked out despite picking up the phone like the sign says. This was not a deal breaker.

Breakfast was typical for many of the other establishments. Prefer more options. We were there for several days and wanted top eat in one night however the menu selections at the restaurant were not what we had hoped for. It had very limited options and found it to be over priced. My husband has a basic food palette and would have liked to have been able to order a grilled chicken dinner but it was not available on the menu.

When we first arrived I had requested a 3-4Pm check-in and when we entered the room discovered it had not been cleaned. The front desk attendant was very apologetic, noted on the chart it had been marked as cleaned. She gave us a different room then escorted us to make certain that room was clean.

Friendly staff. Items for purchase as needed. Close to other places.

No vending machines. Coffee not available early morning (although staff were kind and offered a cup of their own). Late breakfast so had to miss in order to catch a plane. Restaurant too expensive.

The property is clean, quiet, and close to our needs while in Neenah. I love the offerings here, from a provided breakfast to freshly baked cookies in the lobby.

This is so minor, but it would be great if the pool area had a hot tub.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff followed the facilities' rules and ensured we felt we were really very accommodated. We will visit again!

The pool was closed as well as the restaurant during our stay.

Breakfast was great as well as the fitness center. Our room was exceptional.

Well, we paid a little more for the room than last time. There was a pre-season Green Bay Packer game the day we checked in so we assumed it was because of that.

the breakfast was not , great. they were out of a lot of things. and then closed the doors on us, while we’re still eating at 8:50…because it closed at 9:00. most places Ive been, it’s 10:00am..

The room was very comfortable. Location good. On site restaurant is deluxe.

The breakfast was not satisfactory. Unfortunatly the set-up worker was a no show Sunday morning (8/21/22). Available staff could barely prepare the coffee. I would have given the highest rating otherwise. Check in was weird. Had to pick up the phone at the counter to get help and this was during normal check in time.
