The suite was beautiful as was the view and what we were expecting for our anniversary weekend. After my significant other called back, The man that was running the desk took the initiative to help us find out where the problem was to get us the room we paid for. He even had a little gift waiting in our room for the trouble. We would definitely go back!

Booking.com messed up my reservation and being told we didn't have a room for our anniversary when booked several weeks prior. The woman at the desk that answered the phone when I called took sre if we could check in early told me we had no room, took no initiative to help us find out the problem for our room and tried to give me a queen room when we had a suite.

Great room, very comfortable, loaded with extras. We enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and indoor pool as well. Maybe the best hotel we stayed in the US. (Out of 10 in the past year). We didn’t try the breakfast, however the dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel was okay, definitely not outstanding.

The construction work started too early in the morning on the yard.

It’s a bit expensive. They also mentioned that if we had a local couple, relatives, come to visit us, we’d have to pay extra for them to use the pool. We weren’t having a party, just two adult Neenah residents. We had already paid a couple hundred dollars for the night.

Liked the amenities that were available. There was construction happening at the facility so noise was started early. Should not have booked those rooms right where they were working. Especially when it’s a family.

Construction and arcade room was nit available.

Just short of a gated community and extremely clean. It was a perfect family get away. My grandchildren loved the pool and ice cream

They have an ice cream shop, mini golf, the pool area and a great location

It has so much to offer and very nice and friendly staff and other guests.

The room was nice but a little outdated wallpaper falling off and some mold on bathroom ceiling corners. Not very ventilated.

The king suite was fantastic! I could have definitely done an extended stay in that room. Was perfect as the meeting space for all of our family staying in several rooms. The suite had a lot of space and the private bedroom was a plus.

Not a really a big deal, but the steps on both slides could have a better surface. Both were extremely slippery and several kids fell.

Loved the room was clean, staff were nice, and the pool area kept kids busy

The main swimming pool was cold and there would be a big draft from people going in and out to hot tub

Room was great. Included a jacuzzi bath and a gas fireplace. The onsite restaurant was surprisingly good. The indoor swimming pool and hot tubs were very popular.

No continental breakfast they charged you for everything$2 for a bottle of water a lot of places will give you one a check in
