The room was great. The breakfast and coffee were very good. Personnel there were friendly and efficient.

The charging on my credit card was confusing. On July 6 was a charge for $50 and $350.95. On July 8 there were also charges of $300.95 and $350.95. I called July 10 and had to leave a message. I did not get a call back. The next day I called again. No one was available again, so I left another message to have someone call me back. Again, no one returned my call. I finally called the Hilton rewards number, and they were able to connect me with someone at the Hampton in Fond du Lac, WI. I was curtly told the other charges will drop off. A couple have, but the $300.95 is still pending on my American Express card, even though American Express paid them the $350.95 a few days ago.

I booked through booking.com and they indicated that I was paying for 2-4 guests. There were two of us? The front desk was uninformed. The bfast was exceptional. The tea choices were cheap and not great. The handicap features were amazing, but the shower diverter was confusing and noisy. I do not like weighted blankets…wish I would have known that there was a normal blanket in the closet?!!

The woman was wonderful when we checked in. We came done to the gathering area to play some cards. She even took my coffee into the back to heat in the microwave so I didn't have to go back to my room. So sweet!

The rooms next to us were extremely noisy. We almost asked to move to another room as we had to wake very early for volleyball. So the sound proofing in walls wasn't great.

The beds were very comfortable. There were multiple mirrors so you can continue to get ready while others are in the shower. The soap & shampoo dispensers are wonderful, less mess.

My son was hoping for biscuits & gravy at breakfast.😉

Sheets didn’t properly fit the bed . Fitted sheet kept coming off and the top sheet wasn’t long enough. Felt like queen sheets were put a king bed. Nothing covered the the foundation piece. Bedding needs a update

Very good budget hotel. Delivered everything we required, Staff friendly, engaging and extremely helpful. Bright, clean and modern. Room comfortable and everything worked fine. Very pleasant stay and good value.

I dislike the weighted blanket/bedspread. The pillows are also hard! I remembered these aspects from my last visit so brought my own pillows and blanket.

Loved the King suite, and the breakfast was pretty good. While we were there, they had a seasonal Red Velvet waffle mix that was amazing!

Not much, they were undergoing renovations but it did not impead our stay or comfort.

Rooms were clean and nice. Easy check in process. Basic American breakfast but no complaints there.

When cars drive pass on the highway, its really loud. Maybe request that the state to build a sound barrier wall?
