It was great overall

There was a traveling baseball team and yes there were tons of boys but the pool and the pool area was trashed. Garbage all over from the kids and the parents not paying attention. The kids had bats in the pool and hitting balls. The kids were left unattended at the pool table and one of them hit the cue ball and it came flying at me and barely missed my head. My family couldn't enjoy the pool or hot tub because of the lack of staff cracking down on pool rules and the kids were reckless and definitely only around 10 years old. The amount of food and drinks and empty food and candy packages left and empty bottles every where just looked horrible.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean! The remodeling they did was great. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, the maintenance was quick (when we thought our sink drain was broken lol), and housekeeping came EVERY DAY to clean and replace with fresh towels and we didn’t even request it!

The outside could use some remodeling. It’s not as nice as the inside and may fool you into to thinking it’s not a nice hotel. We were disappointed when we first pulled up until we went inside lol.

This is a newly renovated hotel that has been expanded and updated. It's beautiful inside in ask areas. They have a great breakfast with waffles, eggs, and breakfast meats. They also offer the usual cereal, bread, yogurts, and juice. Everyone was so kind and friendly. I didn't get a chance to check out their new indoor pool, but the area looked inviting and fun.

There wasn't much to dislike. My only issue was the switch that seemed to be useless, and we couldn't figure out what it could be for. We also had to get help turning off the ambiance light behind the bed because I had accidently turned it in and didn't know where. 🤣

Very nice updated property. Walking distance to restaurants and near the highway.

Hard to find any faults with this place. Maybe some more healthy choices at breakfast and cleanup the 7000 cigarette butts at the rear entrance. Perhaps offer smokers a place to throw their butts other than the ground.

The pool and hot tub were very nice even tho the pool was not heated, it was inside. The only ice machine was on the third floor. So if you were on the ground floor it meant riding the elevator up to get ice. location was right next to the highway, so that was convenient as well. The breakfast area was clean and well lit. Staff were very friendly and helpful which was nice. They were not reserved to help with forgotten things that needed to be supplied like shampoo and other things that you forgot at home. The towels provided in the pool area were the only dissatisfaction. They were rough on the skin but did get you dry before you walked to your room.

This was very clean easy to get in and out of.

The room I stayed in was close to the common area .... a group of guest were very loud well after midnight on a Wed night Thursday morning..... no fault of the staff but it was hard to sleep.

Quick and very friendly service. Very clean and beds were soooo comfortable. The hot breakfast was delicious and had great options. Pool area was clean and we'll maintained and the late open hours were much appreciated by many of us guests. It had everything we needed as far as comfort.

Nothing we didn't like

The main lobby area was really nice, a great first impression! The king room was comfortable. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast. The recent remodel looked great and the staff was friendly!

The bathroom door in our king room didn't close properly, the bottom corner of the door was not fully intact and had just been painted over instead of getting a new door. The thick texture paint on the walls and ceiling in the room seemed dated and was unappealing.

Seemed overpriced for the type of facility this is. Realize they raise the rate for the activities going on in neighboring communities.

Beds were comfortable and there was a decent amount of choices for breakfast. The pool area and breakfast areas were large. Room was updated.

Not much counter space near the sink. The room was a little cramped with the beds and furniture.
