Clean, quiet, friendly staff and comfortable. Really nice continental breakfast was great.

I'm an early riser, so I went down to the lobby ( I didn't want to wake my family) to hopefully find a cup of coffee. They had the coffee pot, but luke warm coffee, probably from the previous day. I waited for the dining room to open probably 35 minutes, and then enjoyed my morning cup. Maybe they might make a fresh pot ahead of time for the lobby. They really did have a nice breakfast. Enjoyed it.

Breakfast was good. Room was nice and as expected. Not a new place but good value and clean.

We had a door to the next room, which allowed noise from the adjacent room to enter easily. The next room couple were kind of loud and annoying. Next time i would request a separate room with no shared door.

We loved how clean, quiet, and hospitable the staff were. Definitely recommended to all of our friends as a perfect getaway.

We wish there was a closer door to the entrance/parking lot. I believe due to the snow it was a bit further out. (Was extremely cold that day).

The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and very helpful. Since there was no elevators and I was on the 2nd floor he helped carry my grandchildrens luggage and mine to our room.

The view of the neighboring houses. felt eveytime I looked out the window I was invading their privacy.

The location is great. I love this place for exceptional care the staff provides to it. New reading lights were installed, I appreciate that. To me this place feels like home. It is very well maintained.

The water in the swimming pool was much warmer last October 2022 when my husband and I were staying in this hotel. This time it was on a cooler side.

The staff was great and allowed us to stay in the room about an hour while we contacted booking and found a different room.

Booking says they are pretty friendly.... they are not. So we had to find another place to stay

The gal that was at the desk when we arrived after 5p was exceptional. We had gotten into some booking trouble prior to arriving and she helped us get a rate that we originally thought we were paying for one nights stay.

Very difficult to drive to. Right beside highway but to get to entrance you have to go around several blocks thru residential neighborhood. They also need a sign on that side of building as there isn't even a street number on it.

Room was quiet and TV had extended movie channels to choose from.

Even though the room was clean to the eye, my allergies were going crazy after getting into the room. That tells me that either the room had pets in it (which I requested a pet-free room) or the carpeting is old and needs to be replaced (or both).

Very clean and slept comfortably. The breakfast was super good. Lupe is exceptional! She needs a reward! She keeps everything in order and clean and hot and fresh! She’s speaks English and Spanish too!
