The complimentary transportation was very helpful and saved us so much in Uber fees. The drivers were so friendly! The location was great, a 8-10 minute drive from downtown. The beds were very comfortable, the gym was huge so you didn’t feel crowded with others in there with you.

The breakfast food wasn’t the best and service was slow in the morning for the cost. Complimentary breakfast would have been great and less work on their end to staff.

When we arrived check in was quick and easy. The entire staff was courteous, and all had a smile on their face, and all would greet us with a good morning or good afternoon. The room exceeded our expectations. was very clean and comfortable. We ate dinner Friday at the bar. We had the fish dinner. My wife and I Split the meal as it was a large fish filet. The meal was delicious. The bar staff was excellent. Saturday night we went to the Ohio State Wisconsin game. After the game we went to the bar area and ordered the cheese curds. They were the best we ever had. The chef came out and checked to see if they were good. that was nice of him. We ate breakfast both mornings we were there. The breakfast was very good. If we ever come back to Madison we will stay here again

We found ourselves here because we were camping and caught in a tornado… everything we had was soaking wet including the clothes we were wearing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to us by bringing us robes and water bottles. We really appreciated the kindness in light of a stressful and hectic situation that we had just been through. I would absolutely stay here again, hopefully for enjoyment next time.

The location is good. Swimming Pool was really comfortable.

But when we we’re looking for buffet breakfast lady from Starbucks said that we are not allowed to eat because we are not Platinum members ( it was really unfriendly). Then I went at the front desk and they said to pay 15$ and I can have a breakfast. We had a delightful breakfast. But if we would believe those lady from Starbucks we wouldn’t have such a good food.

We have stayed at this location once or twice a year since 2020. We are always very pleased and that's why we keep coming back! 🙂 Specifically: it's very clean, beds are comfortable, it's easy to get to but not in a loud area, water pressure is excellent, the pool is very nice, there is a Starbucks downstairs in the morning when we need it, the staff is always friendly and efficient.

No complaints!

The customer service at the hotel was top notch. We did not realize that the shuttle service was available prior to booking, but it made the trip to Madison much more enjoyable because we could get downtown and not have to deal with the hassle of finding a place to park. We enjoyed walking downtown and when we were done we simply called the hotel to be picked up. We enjoyed the pool and the staff let us stay a few minutes past closing so we could pick up our belongings and not feel rushed, which was greatly appreciated!

We stayed two nights and the complimentary breakfast while good was the same both days. It would have been nice to maybe mix it up or know what the menu was ahead of time so we could have planned differently. I don't know if it was communicated properly but it seemed a little unknown about what you were allowed to get. For example, I grabbed an orange juice with the meal and it just seemed tiny in comparison to how much food was on the plate. Rationing out the juice just complicated my enjoyment of breakfast.

Very cozy and comfortable. Came for the Coldplay concert. They were running a shuttle for $10 per person. They made the experience so easy and enjoyable. The employees were so nice too!

Windows needed to be cleaned in the rooms

We went to our room and discovered the heater made a loud noise while running. I recorded the sound and went back down to the concierge desk. She listened to the recording, apologized and proceeded to give us a new room that was quiet and very comfortable!

Spacious room. Comfortable bed, really hot shower. Staff is incredibly friendly and gave us discount to nearby restaurant.

We weren't given layout of hotel or list of amenities when we check in. No ready made hot coffee unless you pay Starbucks prices.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed slept well. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had forgotten toothpaste and someone ran us up some on our first night. To the gentleman that made us coffee after hours — THANK YOU!
