It was relatively close to where we wanted to go. Uber rides downtown or to parks by lake was 10min. Perkins is next door so it was great getting late night food and when we arrived getting food. Breakfast was nice (earlier you get there the better!).

The rooms do show some wear and definitely were not clean. Not sure the items cleaning staff are using are working, but our room had old food and debris behind the chair. Desk and lamps covered in dust. Pool deck was gross, one chair had a ton of hair wrapped in the leg. The curtains do not cover windows at night, so if your room is near a light, good luck. Picture attached, 3am looks like daylight outside.

Breakfast needs major improvement not the best. Also one of the back doors does not lock and I have come in thru the door and it's open. Anyone could get in the hotel this makes me a little bit nervous. One stay before this I had told the front desk about but it seems it was not taken care of. Another thing I came down for breakfast and there was a gentlemen that had all his clothes on the floor and smelling what was clean or dirty. I decided to take my breakfast upstairs

The location is closed to the bus stop with only 6-minute walk. The staff was attentive and welcoming us. We were well informed about our check-out time and our rooms. Additionally, The parking space is spacious.

The hotel was old given that we paid extra prices during the game season. Thus, the price was higher than the usual. However, we had no choices but this hotel. There could be a refurbishment or some renovations in the hallway with more decorations. It is suitable for someone who own a car. The breakfast was basic. I wish there was a salad, but there was none.

This property is very conveniently located approximately 10 minutes to Madison. Plenty of eateries right next to hotel to choose from as well if you do not wish to drive. The hotel is so well maintained and so clean I directly spoke to the property manager to tell him how proud of his team he should be!! Every area of this location was impeccably maintained and clean!

If you go there expecting a 500 dollar a night hotel for the price you'll be disappointed but for the value, it's a nice quiet place, decent staff, swimming open till midnight, decent free breakfast. Rooms are comfy they accommodated my 18 people staying..All and all not a bad stay.

Nothing

The room was clean and spacious. It would have been a plus to have checked in earlier. The breakfast was quite good. I would have liked some sausages too. It was excellent. The 24-hour coffee is an excellent idea.

There wasn't enough shampoo in the bathroom and the jacuzzi water was somewhat brackish, as was the pool water.

How peacefully it was

No complaints other than not use the elevator when it was being worked on. It should be a nightly thing so wasn't shut down during the day time . But worked around it although I had hard times with the stairs.

The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious and quiet. Also I checked out one day early without notice and got refunded without even asking, which I appreciated.

The breakfast (especially the coffee and juice).

The pool area was wonderful. The water was comfortable and the hot tub was in working condition.

Our room’s air conditioning took forever to work and the lights on the unit didn’t work. There was a street light shining into our room and the drapes/window coverings didn’t keep it out. Hallways smelled like pot in some areas.

Everything was fine. No issues! Room was close to lateral door. Easy loading and unloading.
