Quiet bordering on serene. Breakfast was flawless, nothing exceptional, but also nothing missing. Room was immaculate! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a romantic getaway with significant other, or a minor social gathering at pool or patio!

When you’re a middle aged couple focused on just the two of you, having hot Brazilian staff makes you feel just a tiny bit inadequate unless you’ve really kept your bodies in shape!

The woman at reception allowed me to switch rooms. I was in town for work and didn’t want to drive home in a snowstorm. I had to wake up early for work. I requested a different room because the people in the room next to me were having a good time. They weren’t rude or disrespectful or anything, they were just up really late, had music on and were talking. It was instant and effortless and I really appreciated it.

It was a very nice and clean hotel with great staff. I wish I had more time to utilize the pool and hot tub!

Lovely, comfortable modern room, very spacious, plenty of outlets for everyone, and very clean. When we could catch it, solid complimentary breakfast with hot options.

We missed breakfast one morning because it ended one hour sooner than the staff advised (they gave us incorrect info and did not mention that the end time varied throughout our stay). Typically we'd have also checked that laminated overview/welcome sheet that's in most hotel rooms, but there was not one. Would just advise triple checking with staff each morning/night before if you plan on catching it.

I was so thrilled to walk into the Comfort Suites in Cottage Grove. It is new, clean, open, airy, spacious and inviting. The lobby is lovely, the rooms were so comfortable, and the access to the bar/ restaurant right next door was so convenient. had stayed at another hotel for the first few days of my visit to Madison and was very disappointed. It was an old hotel that had not been renovated. We will be returning.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

I came to the hotel from the WI state bike trail, and the convenience of the hotel to the trailhead was great. The staff was attentive and very professional.

There was some noise from outside, but I don't think that's the hotel's fault.

I booked here because of the restaurant next door. That is now closed down. I had to find other meal options. It’s just one of the things I hate to do after a long day is drive around to find food options.

The room was spacious and the property was clean and modern and looked inviting. The pool was nice and the jacuzzi.

I found the staff at check-in to be not very warm or friendly. Also when we bought something from the store the staff member seemed a bit uncommunicative. At check out the person was more friendly.

The location is great! Breakfast was pretty good. The woman working Saturday morning in the kitchen was exceptionally friendly.

My refrigerator had coffee grounds spilled in it and juice. The use of the key card to make the lights work should have been mentioned at check-in. I didn't notice the card slot by the door and I had to call the front desk about the lights. That was the first time I had seen something like that.

Thumping coming from the roof during a storm. Not much to be done about it and it only happened during a storm

The comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of the room and the size of the room was outstanding! Check in was fast and easy too. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The location for us was exactly what we were looking for on our long trip from Texas to Michigan.
