We left a piece of personal property at the hotel. We live out of state. I called to see if they found it in our room. They did! I sent a prepaid envelope and Jamie Patel has good customer service.

Stayed on the first floor. I could hear every step the person about me walked or ran. I was up at 5:30am because the person above me was and walked around for 2 hours straight. I heard their shower start and stop I heard their door slam shut.

Location and quiet

I work at mendota mental health as a nurse and stay several times a month in previous places I got a lower rate at baymount it is 55.00 due to frequent stays here the rate was 79.00 once I asked if there were special rates and they said 80.00 was the cheapest I feel it could be cheaper as I am a state employee and would be a frequent stayer.

Coffee was available and items I wanted, milk, orange juice. I had my own items . WIFI, awesome, Smart TV awesome, hot water awesome, clean bedding and towels. Great location, great value for 4 nights.

Nothing comes to mind. I was very happy with the accommodations.

The manager was exceptional! Super friendly and accommodating! But the most important thing in any hotel is the bed and pillows and they were fantastic!

I have celiac disease so didn't eat any breakfast. The coffee was good though.

The website should have stated that there was not an elevator.

Limited breakfast choices. Pool smelt a bit odd. The rooms are nice, it’s clear a lot of updating has been done, but other parts of the room still needed to be updated.

Motel was made over- bathroom door coming apart- plumbing poor, breakfast poor, no elevator for luggage or someone unable to do steps

Didn’t have shower curtain. Had to call for one for us to put up and no chair for desk. Front desk staff couldn’t find my reservation room even when I showed him on my phone. He did eventually put us in room but one without the above mention with the lack of shower curtain and chair for desk. Coffee maker cord was way in back of fridge. Couldn’t plug in unless I used hanger to reach in back to try to grab it.
