The Hotel is close to market area, restaurants etc. it a bit far from the University. Rooms are spacious and clean.Provision of cutlery, coffee makers , fridge , iron box, microwave and they even gave me complimentary dental and shaving kit. Many other hotels none of them are there except for shampoo & bodywash, the rest you have to pay. The bed sheets are clean, enough towels and hand towels were provided. On the whole Marriott is a very good place stay in Madison, WI,USA.

Break fast was inadequate and no proper labelling in terms of non veg/veg or even vegan. There is nobody to look after the guest in the dining area.

I liked that the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The hotel is pretty new.

Thinnish walls. I was awoken super early by the sound of an alarm from an adjacent room. It wouldn't shut off, which made me think that it might have been a vacant room. I called the front desk and was told they would look into it. But the alarm kept ringing and I lost sleep as a result. I'm not sure if anything could have been done - if it was an occupied room, then the staff wouldn't have been able to get it turned off. But anyhow, it was a rough start to the day!

Great new hotel. Liked the personalized welcome message on the TV in the room. Luxurious suite with king sized bed, chaise lounge, fully equipped kitchenette. Loved the modern shower with curtain-less door and euro style linear shower drains. Breakfast and breakfast area were great. We had a wonderful stay at the facility. Absolutely would book again on a future trip. They have a saltwater pool and grill though we did not use these.

Thin windows and minor traffic noise.

Very clean, modern, and great value for the price! We loved the mini kitchen in our room, the functional mini couch, and walk in shower. And the bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was also impressive with freshness and variety of healthy choices!

The only negative I could express was there was no hot tub. But there was a pool.

The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Kitchen set up had everything you could want. The breakfast is very good. I would definitely stay here again. My husband was a patient at the UW medical center and this was not a difficult drive, to get back and forth, about 20 minutes.

Location is pretty quiet and reserved which is nice with sleeping toddlers napping. This hotel had everything I was looking for with pool with lots of natural light to a beautiful and clean shower. Kitchen was a must with my two year old. Separate bedroom for my mom. The pull out couch does open. You have to take off back cushions to reveal straps. It will appear like you are flipping the couch upside down but it actually is separating the couch into the bed. It is hard as the floor tho. I still went with it bc I cosleep with my two yr old and it was low to the ground. I needed a foam bed topper anyway and used it on top of the pullout. No great view of the city or lake, but considering we weren't there to be in the hotel much it wasn't necessary for our stay. Hope this is helpful. 😉✌️

Besides the hard pull out. I was billed for 25 expense fee both nights. I would have liked a heads up on this. Maybe there was one and I missed it. It will be credited to my credit card but don't know how long. Staff did not explain this very well.

Full disclosure, I booked for only one night but loved this place and decided to stay another : the full set kitchen , the big bathroom and general cleanliness were highly appreciated. I liked that friendliness of the front staff and were very helpful and answered questions.

Slightly isolated but highway, Costco and immediate shopping needs were within 2 miles of the property.

I had an issue with the air conditioner when I arrived, I set it at a lower temperature but it turned off as I was sitting and working so I thought a motion sensor was turning it off. The staff assisted me so that I lower the temperature which is necessary for me to sleep. I can't sleep at 75 degrees, way too warm.

It is a new hotel so everything is very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable! Nice that it had a mini kitchen which was stocked with all utensils and kitchen gear needed. Large walk-in shower was nice. Common areas of the hotel were very comfortable and relaxing. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and eager to please you.

Didn't like the fact that the hot breakfast didn't start until 7am. We had to leave before then so missed out on breakfast. Coffee was available though. The location is not within close walking distance to a restaurant or bar. Summertime might be okay to go for a walk but not in the winter cold.

Newer...comfortable bed and pillows...nice breakfast spread, in room mini kitchen.

Kinda assumed they would tidy the room and make the bed after the first night. Could hear the person across the hall coming and going. There is nothing in the immediate area around the building......
