The breakfast was OK, not so good value wise. The bar staff was very good. The room and common areas were spotless.

The desk clerk couldn't quite fathom the need for the TV remote as there wasn't one in the room. Had to beg to get one. The ADA bed wasn't needed and was chore to get out of. May be a code issue as well.

I like the location it was in the middle of everything that we were there for.also, I did like that they have starbucks in the hotel

I didn't like the fact that they didn't offer anything and not inform us about the facility they didn't offer free breakfast either 🤔 so we didn't know what or where they would have the restaurant. Also, the room was too dark during the day, even though we had all lights on, but still dark

Everything has been clean and comfortable. Been staying there last 4 years. Staff is friendly and very helpful

I was reserved 2 queens and ended up with a king size without being told of the change. Still a nice room but not what was preferred.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Room very spacious and wonderful shower.

The bed had a deep V in it. Old mattress / The TV was in an odd spot, the pillows deflated. When I put my head on them.

Best customer service a young lady named Melissa made my daughter's birthday so much better!! The pool area is great perfect for children! The outdoor area was great for us to eat our dinner. Melissa gave us 4 free breakfasts for my daughter's birthday!! It was amazing!!
