This hotel is located on Madison's west side and is very convenient to the beltline as well as highway 14. Everything was very clean and well kept. The breakfast offered a nice variety of hot & cold items. The warm cinnamon rolls were especially nice! There are also a variety of restaurants close by and a Costco is just down the street, too. Our room was spacious and spotless and the walk in shower was hot (ours had mobility access so there was no tub to step into) and the water pressure was good. Would definitely stay here again!

The blinds were not room darkening and there were no curtains so it was quite light in our room, even at night. The morning sun wakened us early which was not a problem for us, but for some it might be a concern.

Our room and lobby were spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtain was nice. The pool and hot tub water were very good temperature. Breakfast was good and breakfast room big enough for many to sit. We enjoy playing games in the lobby and we were able to utilize our own table with a tv too!

Our room did not have a 'constant fan' option, it made it hard for us to sleep throughout the night. The poll/hot tub room was very warm, as the air conditioning was not working in there. We would have stayed in there longer each time we used the facilities but it wad too warm.

This hotel is impeccably maintained. The rooms, bathroom, and common areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting. The pool is larger than most newer hotels provide and the hot tub is HUGE, which was a major reason for our stay. The breakfast has something for everyone and is replenished decently. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future.

I cannot think of any negatives about this hotel. If I had to pick one, it would be that the sale of alcohol stopped at 9pm, although, that might be a Wisconsin law?

Hotel was easy to get to from the highway. Well lit parking lot. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff - knew about the area with good places to dine out. Room was very spacious with plenty of room to move around and store our luggage and cooler. Bathroom was very spacious too with shower gels, etc and a hair dryer. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of pillows too. We made sure our room had a couch and it was great to have that sitting area too. Breakfast was awesome. You could get biscuits and gravy, bacon or sausage patties, eggs, dry cereals, mini muffins, bagels, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, apple and orange juice, milk, coffee and much more. If you left hungry it was not the hotels fault. The pool was great size and the whirlpool too. It was a very quiet hotel too. Could not hear other tvs or people thru the walls. Must be well insulated. : ) We liked our stay so much we extended it by a day.

Only complaint was the pool was under maintenance the 2 days we stayed during the week. Whirlpool water was not as hot as my husband likes but he likes it super hot.

The room had everything we wanted and needed. the motel also accommodated our request to store our expensive bikes in the room. We loved the coffee machines in the lobby from which we could have a cup anytime. Also the breakfast was decent.

The rooms motorized curtains didn't operate correctly.

Door for disabled room was heavy and difficult to manage with wheelchair. Bathroom door was good for disabled but the barn door style didn't provide enough privacy. Only one working shade for window. Coffee maker wasn't working.

Location was perfect for us. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub although hot tub was not hot but still felt nice. Good breakfast.

Bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped. Breakfast food was not refilled so at 9:30 they were out of things like gravy, bacon, etc. and never refilled those.

Excellent hotel! Very pleased with our entire stay. Very clean and up to date facilities. The price was good too. I booked online about a half hour before we arrived, and the front desk already had our keys ready to go. Very fast check in and friendly staff. Best hotel check in I have ever experienced! We stayed in another hotel the night before which cost more and was not even close to as nice as this one was.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were nice since they were more like full-size bottles.

Nothing, I arrived late with no issues. The staff was super friendly and I even was able to get breakfast before leaving for my appointment.

We had everything that we needed. The room was clean! The guy who checked us in was SO NICE. Hotel was centrally located. Like of food and shopping options around it. Grateful they had an EV charger. The beds were very comfy.

Breakfast needs more vegan/plant-based options.
