Greg, manager and maintenance as well as staff in general at breakfast were very nice, room ample, Wednesday reception a great plus, 2 TVs

Not being able to open windows, did not get the requested upgrade (no reason given), bills came in very odd installments (booking ?), pool quite cool, resurfacing of parking lot a bit chaotic, no program info on TVs

Exceptional staff (every department we were in contact with), very comfortable beds, fitness area was very nice and the breakfast was very good for all dietary needs.

The only thing we would say could have been handled better is that the hot tub in the pool area had quite a bit of dirt in it and was there our entire stay. We did let the front desk attendant know at the beginning of our stay, but it didn't get taken care of for our entire stay (5 nights).

The walking trail around the property makes taking your dog for exercise and bathroom breaks very convenient and pleasant. They also provided pet waste bags in the center of the parking lot. The location is very convenient without being in the middle of downtown. The pool, hot tub, outside seating areas, and fire pit made relaxing at the hotel very pleasant. Staff was stellar, rooms were clean. Helped make my trip to Wisconsin fantastic.

The breakfast was good with different choice everyday. The dining area was bright and clean. Staff was very polite. I especially liked the laundry facility on the same floor as my room. So convenient!

The frying pan is a bit beat up, all scratched. So we did not use that. the pull out sofa works, but the mattress was a bit old, with stains.

I liked the location for why I was in Madison. I liked all the lighting in the room. Too many times the rooms are under lighted. I liked how quiet the motel was

Breakfast was so so. My coffee was luke warm. The engilish muffins were dried out. The cereal choices were basically for kids.

Liked the rooms, parking, happy hours and breakfast. Housekeeping was very good.

People smoking directly outside of the building. Had to walk through smoke every time I entered or exited the building.

Breakfast was exceptional compared to most of these kinds of hotels which usually include a minimal breakfast that I mostly skip.

I love the king studio suite. Location was great.

Not enough parking. Someone with a U-Haul truck towing a car took up 7 parking spaces. That should not be allowed I had to park at a different hotel.

I thought the location was great! The rooms were very nice! I would like to have some more options at breakfast such as Turkey sausage or even Turkey bacon. Otherwise great hotel! Please bring back social hour every evening it would really help families!

Hot water wasn’t very hot.

Beds were very comfortable, shower was nice

Breakfast was a little cold, room wasn’t ready at check in time, the lights by the outdoor pavilion were left on all night which made our room bright.
