The staff are wonderful at this location, from check-in, dining on site, or housekeeping everyone was so welcoming and helpful, I would stay again and recommend this location to others.

I didn't love the pillows on the bed. But that is minor, the location, the value, and the staff make this a great place to stay.

The breakfast was ok the potatoes were kind of undercooked a little hard and the apple juice was watered down to much water…. The location was PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT ♥️ Would most definitely stay again and again ♥️

a new property with good amenities and very helpful staff; location is good for UW campus and city center, all shorter walking distance; very efficient front desk, fast checkin/checkout, good-sized elevators, spacious rooms, good beds, convenient chargers for devices, spacious shower with good water flow; good breakfast buffet or a la cart, very good overall!

just minor stuff - it’s across tracks, so walking route to the property is somewhat restricted

Those sliding bathroom doors have to go! You can see whoever is sitting on the toilet from the living space through the massive gap between the door and wall. Also the surprise $20 parking fee was rather steep… I feel like we’re paying a premium for this room it was rather annoying to be surprised with a $20 fee, when there’s not any other options available.

The hotel room doors were really loud when shutting in the hallways which woke us up several times throughout the night and early morning

We had the breakfast buffet. Rubbery eggs and mushy pancakes are not great. The cook is just standing there. Smaller, fresher food would be good.

I wish the drinks in the bar were a bit more moderately priced and some of the breakfast buffet was a bit fresher.

The room was spacious, neat and clean, comfortable and the location of the property was good. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. Would recommend stay based on these factors.

Good Experience. I came to drop my son to uw madison. The hotel is right next to the campus. Room was really spacious & clean and had all the required amenities. Staff was very cooperative and dutiful.

The check in staff was amazing. I don’t remember her name but, I had a super late check in and see already had me checked in and ready to go, offered to extend the checkout time for free. Super friendly.

Was a little pricey.

Brand new and very clean hotel with a good view from the room. Excellent location in the campus. I also like the votes for pumpkins!

Bottled coffee is much pricier in the lobby than elsewhere.
