Lots of options for breakfast, cereal, toast, fruit as well as freshly cooked dishes.Location was excellent w/I minutes of State Capital building, lakefront and restaurant/ coffee shops. Very comfy bed and well laid out suite.Water pressure in the shower good and appreciated the shampoo and gel provided.

The only criticism that I have is the extremely poor quality of the toilet tissue and the paper towels! Surely it would be more economical for the hotel to supply better quality and save money in the long run. This may seem trivial but sometimes it’s the small things that make the difference! Other than that I would highly recommend the Embassy suites and I would chose to stay there again when in Madison..

Loved the aesthetic. The room was extremely clean and well laid out. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed that the sitting room was detached from the bedroom so we could relax while the other slept in. Valet made the transition into the city seamless and the front desk was incredibly helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The complementary breakfast was also wonderful, the omelet station was lovely!! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Madison!

Everything exceeded our expectations! Not a thing they could have improved upon.

The location was perfect. Only steps away from the Capitol building. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was spacious and had an expansive space like a sitting room with a couch and an extra TV which our kids enjoyed a lot. We were offered complimentary drinks at the bar in the evenings which was quite nice. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and tasty options (the lemon poppy seed cake was delicious), and we all enjoyed our omelettes that were made to order. I also used the gym with brand new equipment and Peloton bikes.

The free drink vouchers were a pleasant perk, as well as the laundry facilities on site. The room was set up great when we arrived, with all the necessary amenities. Our family of 6 fit well, and it was easy to set up the sofa bed. The blackout curtain worked very well. Our family enjoyed the selection of options on the TV, and there was a good amount of space to store the food we brought. The breakfast options were great, and the omelettes were amazing! I personally enjoyed the Garden Veggie option.

The first people we encountered when arriving at the hotel were the Valet staff and I can't say enough about how helpful they were. Traffic and parking was a nightmare and the valet staff very graciously accommodated us. Also, Emily at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. My reservation on Booking.com did not transfer over to the hotel so she researched and found the issue and called me to let me know why.

The road construction but I know that is not under the control of the hotel. Did not like that the cost of the room was increased because it was an event weekend (Ironman).

Room was very clean and spacious and had all facilities. The bed was very comfortable. The room had facilities to allow modern cables to directly plug in. The breakfast gave a lot of choice and used reusable cutlery and plates / dishes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location near the centre of downtown Madison was excellent. The happy hour scheme at the bar was brilliant - and the food was very tasty and reasonably priced.

There could have been bottled water provided for the room.

Valet guys waited for me to walk inside to them with my bags in hand. I was the only car that pulled up and 2 young men were at the valet desk inside staring at me lugging all my stuff in. Didn’t seem like they have been trained correctly or they were being lazy and staying inside warm. Wasn’t a happy moment the first thing I see when I arrive exhausted from a full travel day. Front desk was fabulous tho

Great location one block from the Capitol. Breakfast omelettes were very good and afternoon adult happy hour drinks were a welcome treat. There are carts or bell man that can help with your luggage.

There is no on site parking. There is either valet at $40 + tax or self park across the street for $25 with no tax. Neither were a problem but you just need to know.

“The facilities were not sufficient for what you would expect from the best hotel in Madison. Additionally, maintenance staff equipment was often visible around the hotel, and they did not provide bottled mineral water in each room.

The customer service was excellent! Rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. The lobby and restaurant area is beautiful. They have $3 happy hour cocktail time. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, including a chef made omelette station. I will definitely go again, if given the opportunity.

No parking available. Had to pay a one time $40 valet fee for parking.
