Loved the breakfast! So many great options and nothing was ever cold! Also loved how clean the pool and hot tub areas were, although the pool was a tad too cold. The lobby was warm and welcoming and the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.

The ONLY thing I can say I didn’t like about our experience at this hotel was that the bed was super stiff and felt like sleeping on a brick. It made it very uncomfortable to sleep on and even gave me back pain all day long.

Location is near a lot of shopping. Updated decor. Clean. Good breakfast options. I would stay here again. Friendly staff.

The run-down restaurant out front is a little off-putting. Parking was not clearly defined, but close nonetheless.

The staff was friendly, the location is great for us,and the breakfast bar was great. The selection of food was great and those people kept everything full. It was not skimpy like some breakfast bars are.

The bed seemed old. A better mattress would have made our room much better.

The staff was so friendly there was soft baked chocolate chip cookies, and snickerdoodle cookies upon check-in and they told us there was happy hour from 5 to 7 complementary wine and beer all we can drink and nachos and popcorn!! What! Amazing

The only thing we didn’t like was in the double room there was only one mirror in the bathroom and a long mirror on the door, would’ve been helpful to have a larger big mirror above the desk so 2 women could get ready at the same time. Also, the pillows were kind of small and lumpy, but the bed was comfortable. Definitely a smaller queen (seemed more like a full, but said it was Queen) it was fine though.

Breakfast, room, cleanliness, comfort

Noise outside from a poolside party. The party went on until 10 pm. We spoke with a lady at the front desk and she said she will sort it out but nothing was done and it went on until 10 pm. The hotels are meant to be relaxing ang restful. They should hold the party inside by the pool, not outside next to guest rooms. Some people want to go to bed early.

Bathroom layout was great! Breakfast variety & quality was out of this world - by far the best I've had at a hotel!!!!! Comfortable bed and large room. All amenities (i.e. coffee maker, microwave, fridge, ac, suitcase stand, iron/board, body wash & hair care products) were well placed and accessible and greatly appreciated! Staff went above and beyond for me - very accommodating and conscientious.

It was a 'connecting' room, so I could hear my neighbors as if they were in my room. Also, conversation from the hallway and even outside (I was on the 5th floor & did not have the window open!) was heard in the room. Nevertheless, when there wasn't anyone talking, it was quiet & very comfortable.

The rooms were nice and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but one of our towels was grey.

The grey towel was funny, because they charge for new towels if you leave makeup on towels. I still need to contact the manager about my new towel charge. I used the towelettes provided and left a tiny bit on a towel and was billed $15. Then, they didn't leave new towelettes for the next day!! Washing my face was very uncomfortable. Also, my husband and I were supposed to survive comfortably on 4 large towels for 2 days. The fitness center equipment had sweat on it with minimal lysol wipes left to clean it off, and the water machine was empty.

Check in was easy. Elevator worked well and quickly. Room was clean and fairly large. Air and heat worked well in the room. Electric shades worked well. TV, fridge, and microwave worked great. Bed was clean, comfortable, and pillows were fluffy. Bathroom was large with good water pressure. Nice clean soft towels with Dove products. (I hate dove and I'm allergic to it but I bring my own supplies since most hotels seem to be switching to dove). Hot water through entire shower. Hotel was quiet and we did not hear any guests around us. Pool and hot tub were working and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with options though usually the same everyday. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and nice. Check out was easy as well. Large parking lot with lots of lights and cameras. Seemed like a safe area. Would gladly stay here again in the future!

All tvs in public areas are set to political TV stations. I could very easily do without this. I asked the front desk lady if the breakfast area TV could be changed, she agreed and let me change it to local news for the weather. Definitely not any certain persons fault but I'm sure I'm not the only one over politics from all sides.

I'm so glad this hotel had great reviews. After having bad luck with two horrible hotels here in Madison (Baymont Wyndham Coho St Fitchburg) I was SO happy with everything at this hotel. The pool area was not choking my wife or I with chlorine-it was well ventilated, it was decent size and had a decent size hot tub. The backyard garden had a very nice working grill and beautiful flowers. the bed was so so, a little on the firm side. The TV worked very well and we had a working air conditioner, microwave, fridge, and a wonderful bathroom and shower. Everything was stocked, towels, washrags, toilet paper and mini essentials. The breakfast is AMAZING as well as the free beer!! Nice laundry facility very reasonably priced and washed well. All employees were nice, caring and we're happy to help. We will Definitely be back the next time best hotel I've been to for the price. Great Stay!!!

Only the bed and TV could be updated to newer technology.
