The staff. Our first room had a bad odor. Then the second one, on the same floor, smelled the same. Sienna and Keisha went above and beyond to get us into another room, on a different floor, that didn’t smell and Sienna made sure we had the microwave I’d requested.

Only one elevator of three was working. The first two rooms we tried smelled like cat pee - we were told they’d recently cleaned the carpets so perhaps that kicked up the odor.

I made us of fridge in room and either ate breakfast out with my sister or ate yogurt in my room before meeting sister for later brunch but there is restaurant available in lobby. Having the same housekeeper was nice, she was very good (Maria). Room very clean and comfortable. TV worked well, good choice of channels and premium channels including Netflix. Rooms are quiet. Warming/cooling system works well and quickly and is quiet, no loud fan.

Microwave in room would have been nice. But I know there was one available in lobby. Free bananas would have been nice. But I stopped at local store and bought a couple. It would have been easier for me to access bathing if I’d had shower chair to use in bathtub. The safety bars were good but I would have felt safer if I could have sat down on a shower chair.

The Hotel was the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Wonderful! Everything was at our fingertips. Staff went above and beyond. The Hotel was full with wrestlers and families and they handled it with ease. My husband wanted the mattress to take home and said it was better than home. Thank you and great job! Don’t forget the cookies!

Cash bar would have been nice. Also ..free coffee would be appreciated.

I was impressed the moment we came into the lobby, it was clean, with lovely decor. Made me feel good that we picked a nice hotel. We paid extra for breakfast,and it was well worth the cost. Many entrees to choose from, food came out freashly made and hot.

Can not think of a thing that I disliked

We enjoyed a limited breakfast once.

While checking out early, the staff member at the desk was unfriendly. I asked If Starbucks is open this early. Her response was “yes, that’s why a man is standing in Starbucks”. When I asked for a copy of my invoice, she said she couldn’t give it to me because I made my reservation through booking.com.

Breakfast had great choices, marvelous quality, and good prices. Open from 6am on weekdays a bonus. Loved being able to do laundry on site. Gym was fresh, clean, well equipped. Beds very comfortable, rooms clean and spacious. We'll stay here again. Staff friendly and helpful.

Laundry area could accept credit cards as well as coins.

Right from the lobby, this is a clean, modern fully equipped hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially cleaning staff. Great breakfast selections, good bar and dinner service, fresh well equipped gym. We loved it and will stay here again.

Spacious clean, modern fittings room. Bathroom and shower excellent. Great bar and food service. Love the breakfast service and food selection. Not expensive. Attentive friendly service everywhere.

Fantastic Second-to-None service!!!!!n From the check in staff at the front desk, the room staff and to the arrival/auto attendants they were ALL knowledgable and friendly. Will not go anywhere else when I return!

There were three of us in a room Wish we would have had more coffee left by the room staff-that said if qwe called for additional coffee, towels they were there in a flash

Very convenient location, property was clean, nice extra touches in the room to make the stay feel more personal, staff was friendly.

Not a fan of the pillows - I need something firmer - but I didn't ask to see if there was anything else available.
