Went for my grandsons hockey tournament and hotel was picked by team coordinator, sometimes you don't know what you're getting if you don't pick it yourself , but hotel was great! Very clean and breakfast was wonderful

The hot tub & pool area was so nice. Towels were placed on every chair and a bathroom next to the facility. Beds & pillows were good as well. We didn’t use it but they even have underground packing. Great for Wisconsin winters.😊

very clean modern travel supports in room (key table, usb ports, sliding door to separate bathroom and kitchen area from bed, areas for bags, etc on table tops, fridge/microwave, blackout curtain)

room right by elevator and pool was noisy, water pressure in shower was very low for a brand new hotel, tv channels weren’t easy to figure out- no guide that we could find at least, had to click through every channel.

The pool area needs attention. Sand in the pool and the building looks like it needs attention a.k.a. drywall coming off the ceiling.

The shades in the room we got initially were broken(electric and the darkness shade would not roll down) they moved us to a different room where the electric shades were also broken but darkness shade was down enabling us a better sleep.I suspect the majority of the shades like them are of poor manufacture quality and also broken.

I asked, because I have a disabled son who uses a walker with much pain, for a room with minimal distance(walking pains him greatly)from the entrance. They gave us a lovely HC room that was almost to the end of the hall from the elevators.

Everything as expected to Holiday Inn Express. Good location. Clean and spacious room. Nice facilities. We arrived late at night and staff was available to serve us.
