I breakfast was pretty good. The room was clean.

I had booked 2 rooms and I had requested joined rooms as a group of friends were traveling together. When we arrived we were told that the only rooms that were joined were King rooms and double rooms, not 2 double rooms. When I went to check out the women was walking away from the desk and told me to just drop my cards in the box. I told her I wanted a receipt, she seemed a bit annoyed with me. She wasn't very pleasant to deal with. I am not sure if there was supposed to be one or not but I was disappointed there was not a safe in the room.

Large suites, beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows, rooms are clean and in general all the public spaces are clean. Close to the highway, so easy to access, feels secure. Staff is friendly

Bathrooms are on the cramped side. While the staff is friendly, housekeeping tried to enter the room to clean prior to check out time. And when checking in, staff did loudly state room number when providing keys for 2 women traveling alone. Would have felt better if the room number was just written on the cards and not verbally spoken.

Very clean hotel, great location to be able to walk to restaurants, very good breakfast and very friendly breakfast staff. Easy access off the highway and ample parking space.

The pillows on the bed were very small and uncomfortable. Instead of regular full size pillows the pillows were half sized. Although there were 4 pillows provided they were hardly adequate for an adult, perhaps perfect for a child’s bed.

Excellent swimming pool, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff were the highlight. The extra couch and chairs were very comfortable. The argan oil shampoo and soap provided were excellent. Housekeeping was provided only by request, but our requests were met quickly and efficiently.

The bed was comfortable but not quite firm enough for two people. Would have preferred a bit firmer mattress. Also the bathroom fan might be going out, it was making a loud noise.

I have stayed at the Best Western East Towne Suites several times and the hotel never disappoints. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the hotel is quiet. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The flat screen TV swivels and worked perfectly. The water pressure is good in the shower and sink, The shampoo and body wash smelled great. The breakfast provided is a full meal: eggs, potatoes, meats, waffles as well as cold items such as hard cooked eggs and yogurt parfaits. There is a toaster and several choices of bread as well as coffee, teas and juices, Everything is fresh and the area is very clean. The breakfast host constantly wiped down and sanitized the tables. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Jaime, at the front desk. The gentleman who prepared and serviced the breakfast was also very personable and helpful. The price for a night’s stay is very inexpensive considering all the the hotel provides it’s guests.

Here is NOTHING that could be done better at the BW East Towne Suites.

Nice little hotel with great location on the East side. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Room was in great shape and very clean. Price was great for this hotel

Bathroom could use a little attention. Not awful but starting to deteriorate.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

There was police presence pretty much throughout our evening stay. Made me question the safety of the area. Would have like two TVs. One for the bedroom and a separate for the sitting area so that I could watch TV in the middle of the night without disturbing the others who were sleeping.

Very noisy stree outside to the north. This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at in the last 10 years. Next time we will request a south-facing room and that should eliminate the noise problem.

Very friendly, clean, and nice room. We always stay when we visit our children, and everyone is so nice. It is always nice, been staying at this Best Western for several years

The breakfast was not open early enough on Saturday and Sunday for us to take advantage of it. We had to go elsewhere to eat.
