Location was perfect for my needs. Room was clean and well stocked except for tissues. Desk staff were helpful. Bathroom was great. Breakfast area cleanliness, very good, staff very accomodating.

There was no light by the beds!!! This is difficult in a strange room. To charge my phone and have it reachable from bed, I had to struggle to pull out the nightstand to find an outlet. This is completely unacceptable. Breakfast is not unexpected to a complimentary breakfast, but only apples for a fruit choice, no yogurt--powdered eggs were hard to eat.

New hotel, very clean rooms, nice pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub, friendly staff, also a good value for our money.

It would have been nice to have a shower at the pool to rinse off before and after swimming, especially for hygienic reasons beforehand. Also, the breakfast wasn’t that great. No fruit except bananas, grey sausages, awful scrambled eggs… everything very carb heavy. It would’ve been nice to have a few more healthier options and a bit more variety.

Loved our stay here. Super clean, super quiet, comfy beds, great (free) breakfast, nice pool, easy to get to, friendly staff. Won't hesitate to stay here again if i have to pass through Madison.

$300+ a night (including taxes) was very expensive for a stay in Wisconsin, but all of the hotels in the area were price-gouging during Madison's graduation weekend.

• Front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Explained the hours for the amenities and breakfast. Recommended a sports bar within walking distance. Wish we would have gotten her name. • Location was great. Not far off the freeway. Brewery and sports bar within walking distance. Neighborhood felt safe. • Nice pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub. • Comfortable bed and nice shower. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, good value (outside of UW home game weekends) and cheerful employees. I heard the pool is awesome but I was unable to see it. Breakfast was premade omelets, sausage patties, waffle maker.

Thermostat in room took 12 hrs to lower temperature 4 degrees.

The staff is always helpful and pleasant. I've had times when a visit with my kids didn't work out and there was zero issue with refund, even though I shouldn't have.

I often stay with grandchild and my only comment and definitely not a negative but more of suggestion, please offer chocolate milk.

The staff was very nice and also helpful in accommodating all of my requests. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. My family really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor hot tub. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel, staff, or my experience.

Location for our needs was ideal. Fair price. New, modern, comfortable and clean.

Housekeeping of our room was erratic. Minor issues.. didn’t replenish shampoo one day, next day, didn’t restock coffee singles in room. No big deal, but not consistent.

The hotel was very comfortable and staff was very kind. We were able to check in a little early and that helped our situation very much as we were in town for a dance competition.

Breakfast was a little lacking but I also assume that was because of so many people in the hotel.
