This is the part that needed improvement. The equipment and set up wasn’t good neither was the furniture. Very unappealing. The coffee was ok. The seating needed improvement chairs we falling apart. Completely turned us off.

The halls and breakfast area needed improvement. The halls could be painted a neutral color and let the pictures stand out. They were fine Basic blue and red accent didn’t work. Maybe that is still being planned but worked more on the rooms. Looks nice from the outside and rooms were like new.

Bed was comfortable. I attended a concert and had never been to Madison before. I did a Google search on hotels near the venue. Google said this was the closest one. Turns out it was not by alot. If I do another concert at the Sylvee in the future I will not be so trusting in Google. Definitely not the hotels fault though.

Bathroom sink faucet was damaged when I arrived. Seems like the cleaning staff should have noticed that when they cleaned the room in my opinion. Could have easily been repaired before anyone checked in to the room. Makes me wonder if it was actually cleaned or just wiped down.

we booked a handicap room since i have arthritis in my knee and can't use the bathroom without the extra support bars--they said they were overbooked and moved us to a better room. my husband doesn't like putting up a fuss, so we didn't but the inconvenience for me was quite excruciating in the night. i didn't appreciate the bump. everything else was pretty perfect. the ladies were even very nice. just because i don't look disabled doesn't mean I'm not--pain is not my friend. also-breakfast was very repetitive for people stating for 5 days--got boaring--especially with no doughnuts or pastries.

The staff was very friendly and was very helpful. They gave us some of their games to play and had great personalities. Staff stayed on top of the cleanliness. The pool was well maintained and very nice.

The breakfast was a bit bland. As nice as the hotel was, I expected a bit more for breakfast. But it sufficed for our time there. I would suggest maybe putting a clock in the pool area.

THE BED MATTRESS IS STILL TOO SOFT AND LUMPY, IT IS BIG EVENT WEEKEND AND WE NEED TO LEAVE FOR WORK BEFORE BREAKFAST IS AVAILABLE. WHY CAN'T THERE AT LEAST BE CEREAL, TOAST, YOGURT, SIMPLE MENU AVAILABLE. PAID $700 FOR MY STAY AND CAN'T EVEN GRAB A QUICK SNACK ON THE WAY OUT.

The breakfast was great. Location was perfect and your staff including the cleaning ladies front desk staff were the best. What I liked the most was a lady working the kitchen. Her name is Mariana. friendly and a good person. Give her a bonus or a raise in salary. She deserves it. Pete Salas. / El Paso Texas.

Location was good for its money: you can go to the downtown by bus - it takes aprx 20 mins. Hotel building is quite new, so all facilities are good. Breakfast was okey - good choice of dishes. Hot food is available. Window view was great - you can even see the Capitol. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Also, park is not far from the hotel and you can walk to the lake.

Did not like 11:00 check-out - too early

Walls are very thin, you could hear childs yelling in the hallways very clearly. Slamming doors, we used the stairs and kids running down the stairs and it sounded like the building was coming down. Also some exit doors should have key pad entrance capabilities, so if you have to park in the back you don't have to walk all the way to the front to enter.

The room was clean and comfortable, to meet expectations. The location was good for my needs. The price was reasonable.

The whole facility is showing some wear and tear around the edges. Feels dated and a bit tattered. The breakfast was the weakest link, truly a minimal effort. The eggs especially were almost inedible.

Location was fine, breakfast was a bit difficult, juice machines not working properly, leaking everywhere. Tables where dirty not well maintained, but overall a very nice experience

Better cleaning of the breakfast area, properly working juice machine. Just maintain the eating area a little better. Food was cold bur edible
