It was in a good location and despite being right on a busy intersection, it was very quiet! Also, had a brewery and QDOBA across the parking lot which was quite convenient. Also the rooms were so clean! I mean, you walked in and could smell it was clean. I’m very picky about that and I felt very comfortable here because of the outstanding cleaning by the staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is very carb heavy with no choices other than a hard boiled egg for diabetics and those on ketogenic diets. Not too impressed with that overall. I would love it if you could add regular scrambled eggs and a meat choice!

The breakfast was average. Coffee was always available in the lobby. The room was great, the bed comfortable and coffee maker supplies were replenished daily.

Desk staff were only around at Checkout times in the morning. I seldom saw anyone behind the counter and had to ask staff in the laundry room if there was anyone that could check me in.

Great location. Clean rooms and grounds. Hot tub and pool area was very nice. After a 12 hour drive the hot tub was relaxing . Front desk staff were friendly.check in was a breeze. I had booked online. Breakfast area was well stocked and anytime coffee or tea was good. Hot water was actually hot.

Your housekeeping staff deserves praise and appreciation. The rooms were very clean and the hallways , lounge and pool areas “squeaky” clean. Thank you. The front desk staff was helpful when needed and always available. Registration easy. Late checkout okayed when we were running late. Breakfast area clean and neat. Kids loved having waffles and breakfast sandwiches to microwave. Microwave and fridge in room too. Yay! Luggage carts available. Quiet hallways and entryway lounge. Coffee was good and always available. Ice water available. Pool and hot-tub area clean.

Recycling bins available in rooms and pool area. Thank you. Didn’t see bins for cup and paper recycling. Maybe I missed them. No fresh fruit. But that’s understandable.

The pool could’ve been warmer and it advertises that it has an exercise room, but you have to go down the street to use the gym

There was no eggs or any hot stuff really for breakfast and there was one lady that was really rude to me when I tried to get another night she's like come back at 7:00 and she kept giving me dirty looks I don't understand why

I was not impressed with the breakfast....I decided to go to local restaurant because there was nothing on the buffet that I could eat. I have dairy, egg and wheat allergy -- cannot eat waffles, cereal, milk, yogurt, pastries.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is excellent. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect for us as it was close to our activities and to family. Additionally, we walked to restaurants and had food delivered to our room. We could our 3 night stay to be very relaxing.

The location has many shops and restaurants close by, but it is far from the center of Madison. The free breakfast was really good.

The price is expensive for the size of the room. Our room wasn't serviced each day. The customer service from the check in staff person was awful, he couldn't of cared less.

Location was fine. Breakfast was adequate. Wish there had been something hot besides waffles ( all my other hotels had scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy))

Room was near the supply closet. Lots of morning noise There were 2 of us in the room but we only had one chair and we wanted to play scrabble. We moved the table and one of us sat in the bed but space in the room was really tight. Wish there had been more movie channels to pick from
