The hotel was updated. The bed was very comfortable, especially the super comfy pillows. They had really nice lighting for bedside. Good open storage bins for your things. A decent price compared to Madison area hotel prices. Friendly check in at desk.

Despite the updates, things (like the damage done to the bottom of the bathroom door from water), There were parts they kept from before the update, that could be cleaned or spruced up to compare better with the new parts. Hard to get to off the highway. Of course, that's not the hotel's fault. It is a very confusing convoluted mess of exit ramps, the frontage road, and roundabout. GPS took us through but I think It would be trickier without one. ESPECIALLY if it had been at night. Poor road planning on the civil engineers part. Maybe some signage could help.

We really liked the facilities all around. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were friendly. The pool was clean, and water temp was good. (Pictures of hotel show a hot tub, but it has apparently been removed.) The room and bathroom were clean with plenty of space. The bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water and great water pressure. Bath towels were nice and fluffy, unlike so many hotel towels that are paper thin. We had easy check-in. We did have a decent breakfast, and their options included bacon, sausage, egg&chz omelets, bagels, cereals and waffles. Coffee was always available, and it was good coffee.

The air conditioner was a little loud with a sound that was like rippling tissue paper.

- breakfast wasn't up to my expectations, as they only offered pork sausages which I don't eat. Would have liked to see more protein source variation (poached or scrambled eggs would be a great addition). - The free WiFi sometimes got a little slow

The breakfast was great, room was clean, air conditioning was good. We were just traveling through on the way to Cincinnati, so the location was great--right off the interstate--slept good, had a great breakfast and were down the road early in the morning again. Will have to remember this spot and have a little more time next time to enjoy the pool.

Would have given high marks all across the board except for these items--the lamp on the table (between the beds) was missing the turn knob, so couldn't turn it on. The fridge did not have a freezer compartment and wanted to be able to freeze some water for ice. Curtain seemed to be hanging a little off-so got some light from the parking lot while trying to sleep, but not too bad.

Room was clean and comfortable. Amount of towels was adequate. Bed sheets smelled nice. Complimentary breakfast had good variety and tasted good. I always love a place with a wafflemaker.

Prefer a shower rather than a bathtub shower. I have a hard time safely getting my legs high enough to get in many bathtubs. It would be nice if more safety equipment (like bars) were installed to assist people with mobility issues.

The person who checked us in was so considerate! She noticed that my brother has a handicap and has difficulty walking. She offered us a ground floor room. When I said that wasn't necessary, she gave us a 3rd floor room close to the elevator. The room was very roomy and comfortable.

Check-in was a breeze and we were greeted by a friendly Front Desk staff. The bedroom has been recently renovated and the bathroom is looking nice and clean with a bright light over the counter. Having a microwave and fridge in the double room is always a great convenience.

There were some remnants of construction materials in the hallway, but they weren’t in the way since they have a massive hallway.

The location was great. Off the beaten path and was very safe. Great breakfast. Large comfy room. Great shower and comfortable beds. Super clean. Nice lobby and pool. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Love this place!

Nice space with everything that we needed for 5 adults, including a futon sofa. Such comfortable pillows and blankets! Also pleased with the cleanliness.

When we came down for breakfast, the coffee was out and the gravy was luke warm, verging on cold.

Great rooms, lovely area quiet even though next to Harley dealership I didn’t hear a thing.

The irons dial wheel with the setting for cotton/polyester etc. was so worn and faded I couldn’t read it but I got it to work anyways. No big deal.
