The hotel staff was amazing! Friendly faces, smiling responses and genuinely enjoyable interactions. Our room was sharp and well appointed, breakfast was filling. I drink hot tea so I was a little disappointed the carafe with Hot Water was empty. Within minutes, a helpful staff member refilled the carafe and happily replied to my thanks.

My only concern for this property was the hallway outside our room had an overpowering deodorizer smell. Strong to the point of unpleasant, I was relieved this wasn't the case in our room, the lobby nor the breakfast area. Perhaps a machine went rogue, hard to say why, but it was a distinctively powerful smell that seemed deliberate.

The hotel was updated. The bed was very comfortable, especially the super comfy pillows. They had really nice lighting for bedside. Good open storage bins for your things. A decent price compared to Madison area hotel prices. Friendly check in at desk.

Despite the updates, things (like the damage done to the bottom of the bathroom door from water), There were parts they kept from before the update, that could be cleaned or spruced up to compare better with the new parts. Hard to get to off the highway. Of course, that's not the hotel's fault. It is a very confusing convoluted mess of exit ramps, the frontage road, and roundabout. GPS took us through but I think It would be trickier without one. ESPECIALLY if it had been at night. Poor road planning on the civil engineers part. Maybe some signage could help.

We really liked the facilities all around. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were friendly. The pool was clean, and water temp was good. (Pictures of hotel show a hot tub, but it has apparently been removed.) The room and bathroom were clean with plenty of space. The bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water and great water pressure. Bath towels were nice and fluffy, unlike so many hotel towels that are paper thin. We had easy check-in. We did have a decent breakfast, and their options included bacon, sausage, egg&chz omelets, bagels, cereals and waffles. Coffee was always available, and it was good coffee.

The air conditioner was a little loud with a sound that was like rippling tissue paper.

- breakfast wasn't up to my expectations, as they only offered pork sausages which I don't eat. Would have liked to see more protein source variation (poached or scrambled eggs would be a great addition). - The free WiFi sometimes got a little slow

It exceeded my expectations the bedroom was big and the bathroom was very cleannnnn spotless I stayed comfortable quiet and safe I enjoyed staying there I wish I could have more days I recommend comfort inn suites specially this location the stuff was professional and friendly

I didn’t like nothing but loved everything

We were very impressed with the updated room, everything was more upscale than we expected. Small details as in the tissue flower in kleenex box, imprinted seal on folded toilet paper roll, furniture in great shape in king suite, bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. We would stay again. Breakfast also was a step up from most economic hotels.

The breakfast was great, room was clean, air conditioning was good. We were just traveling through on the way to Cincinnati, so the location was great--right off the interstate--slept good, had a great breakfast and were down the road early in the morning again. Will have to remember this spot and have a little more time next time to enjoy the pool.

Would have given high marks all across the board except for these items--the lamp on the table (between the beds) was missing the turn knob, so couldn't turn it on. The fridge did not have a freezer compartment and wanted to be able to freeze some water for ice. Curtain seemed to be hanging a little off-so got some light from the parking lot while trying to sleep, but not too bad.

Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Could hear water running, some loud random noises. Ice maker not working. Was charged more than the booking dot com price, and was told to give it a few days to correct. If not, to call. I didn’t like that it wasn’t corrected on the spot.

Hotel smelled wonderful. Rooms were very large and hallways were extremely clean. Breakfast was good! Staff very kind.

Many areas of parking not were coned off - maybe they just resurfaced? So prob just temporary. Also thought they advertised hot tub which they didn’t have.

The person who checked us in was so considerate! She noticed that my brother has a handicap and has difficulty walking. She offered us a ground floor room. When I said that wasn't necessary, she gave us a 3rd floor room close to the elevator. The room was very roomy and comfortable.
