the front of staff registration woman, Ressie (reece) was wonderful. she was so professional yet light hearted and kind. welcoming and so sweet to my girls. she helped us get signed up as members and an early check in and was just great !

the drinks were kinda pricy but the service and food were great. its standard at a hotel for drinks to be higher i assume this isnt a unique issue. however, food was great like 10/10 and kids eat free with purchase of an adult meal was great for a family of 5 !! server was great, she was only in her third or so week and so personable and kind.

Good location to highways

The bathroom needed to be updated. The tub/shower leaks/leaked so there was dark stains (mold?) on the wall. The front of the counter was coming off and being held on by a screw. The carpet in the hallways was coming loose and very wrinkled. Getting a subpar room seems to be the normal when going through Booking.com. It seems as the hotels aren't thrilled with people using this app. Not Booking.com's fault but definitely an "issue" with the hotel staff. Have heard "you used a third party" many times.

Nice spacious lobby. Huge accessible room. Strong air conditioning. Bathroom well equipped with plenty of towels. Clean except carpet. Great pool. Very helpful front desk staff. Pretty decent breakfast and very good burger.

This hotel has some age to it. Carpets old and frayed. Hard to read the buttons on the elevator panel. Too worn. Table tops sticky in restaurant. Laundry machines require coins.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. Pool was a great way to relax but had to get towels from fitness room. (None were in pool area) Breakfast was amazing! Such a selection and variety! The lady in the dining area was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had to find towels for the pool area. The carpets in the high traffic areas need to be replaced or restretched so it looks nice again.

Expensive. Food was good. Was not offered more than first cup of coffee. Thankfully we didn’t have to deal with anyone’s dog!!

When I made reservation, it was stated on the website that breakfast was included. There were four of us. Given two breakfast coupons. Had two pay for two meals. $14.00 each is a little steep for buffet for two kids. Apparently there had been a water problem on the 4th floor. Carpet in the hallway was buckled in places and there was a slight funky smell.

The room was fantastic. Very large. There was a nice desk and a comfortable chair. There was also plenty of room to just move around. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. Good food and lots of choices. The fact that it was included in the cost of the room made the room rate more than reasonable.

The location might not be that great for everyone. It is in an office park area, and you can't really easily walk to stuff. It is very quiet, though.

Staff was very friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. Farther away from the airport than I thought, but for what I needed was good.

The phones lines were down. You could not call the front desk from the room landline and you couldn’t call directly to the hotel. Although this was not the hotel’s fault, I found this to be very disconcerting and it made me nervous to stay there. Aside from that it was a pleasant experience.

The breakfast was great! The beds were very comfortable and the accessible room/bathroom was great for me as someone who currently is using a walker.

The room was very clean but it did have a slight off smell in the room when we got to the room. Maybe it smelled a bit dusty but it wasn’t a strong smell.

The room was right, we had the pub pizza that hit the spot. Jade really took care of us!

The only thing I didn't like is, having to only stay one night, this place is more like a mini resort to me there's soo much stuff to do, and food to enjoy. Definitely my spot whenever visiting madtown

Very nice surroundings, attractive building, great room maintenance, adequate towels for the entire stay.

Initial greeting could have been better, no microwave in room, no ramps in back to ease car loading of luggage.
