Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The walk-in shower was so big and clean, really clean. The room was on the ground floor which we prefer. The pool and spa looked very nice but we did not have time to use it. Breakfast was pretty good and as far as location it was close to the college, plenty of nicer restaurants. The coffee was so good.

This price is very high. More than double what we pay and the nickel and dime for any extras (example a water was $3.00). And yes we do get points as a Hilton member but it’s kinda random when you might be able to use it. Some of the furniture is faded but clean.

Breakfast was the usual type of meal served in Hampton Inn, which is not restaurant quality but is good. The location near the airport and away from downtown was actually very helpful due to graduation traffic in downtown Madison. I liked the proximity to the mall and restaurants.

The beds are a consistent quality and comfortable. However, as usual, the pillows flatten down to nothing. I do wish Hamptons would have firmer pillows.

Clean. Breakfast was hotel breakfast. Basics like cereal, waffle maker, bread, juices, omelets. Etc.

Double charged me. Not fully their fault. Booked through booking.com. Just looked at bank statement and noticed it. Have yet to receive my money back. So instead of $200, I paid $400 in total. I was reassured at the counter when checking in at the property that I wouldn’t be double charged because I had already paid. Just sad that the front desk told me one thing and my bank statement shows another.

We were in town for a quick overnight trip to Madison, in town to catch our beloved Badgers. We always enjoy staying out in the East Towne area given it's away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, thereby a little more economical but also only about a 20 min drive down to the Kohl Center. Love the modernness of the facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms. Have stayed here prior and this will not be the last time we stay here. Staff is always very friendly, and it exceeds all of over expectations...we'll definitely be back.

Breakfast could be kept out a little longer...only ran until 930, but not a major deal.

spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Bathroom ok size for 2 showers with great shower pressure. Love the bottles of shower soap/shampoo/conditioner in shower. Staff was very helpful.

My family enjoyed the breakfast. There were many choices for breakfast. The environment was calm and relaxing in the overall stay with my family. I would be back if I am ever in Madison again.

Whirlpool closed little too early for our later Sunday check-in time.

Driving out is difficult as you need to drive a way down the frontage road to get on the highway

Hotel was very clean and we loved the pool and hot tub. Staff was extremely friendly!

Bed was a little too firm for me, but overall hotel was comfy!
