My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub! They loved the basketball goals. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our door lock on the room quit working about 5 hours after we arrived but they got us a new room right up the hall. We liked how close it was to the interstate and restaurants. Adult beverages are available for purchase at the desk. That was a great surprise after a long road trip!

Paint could use some touching up in the bathroom and pool areas.

Located right off of Interstate 90. Very easy to find. This hotel is in an area with plenty of places to eat and get gas (all are right down the road). It's in a quiet and not heavily populated area. The hotel itself is very nice inside. Staff were helpful and efficient. Our room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The room itself felt bigger than most. The bathroom was clean and modern. Even though we didn't swim, the indoor pool looked awesome. There was ample parking. Overall a great choice with a surprisingly low price.

Only complaint was that the TV remote was kind of tricky to figure out how to use it. Once we got it figured out, all was good.

I always do my research before booking a hotel and this place totally lived up to it's 9.1 customer satisfaction rating! To echo some of the other comments; yes, the beds are crazy comfy, the staff was super cordial, the breakfast was spot-on, and the facilities were great. Ample parking, excellent location, super easy to access off of the interstate, and hello...a cheese shop right down the road 😉 Clean pool area, great hot tub, plenty of towels. We loved that the pool stays open until 11pm and the fitness facilities are 24-hour. What??!!! Everything really was terrific and we'd definitely stay here again, as long as the breakfast concierge guy could promise to be there too. What a gem 💎

Great location I was nice that the breakfast was ready at 6 even though it was a Sunday and not planned to open at 7. The gentleman that greeted us was very kind. When traveling, the weekends do not matter, so 6 am is a good time to start breakfast. Thank you.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, clean room, I saw staff cleaning the rooms, and they really deep clean. The pool and hot tub were one of the best. We shot basketball hoops in the main pool and had a lot of fun, There's a little kiddy wading pool too. So three areas of water. The hot tub felt hot with great jets. Really had a great family time in there, right off the breakfast area. Three floors and an elevator.

The curtains didnt quite close all the way but we could of asked for help on that, I am sure they would of fixed it.

I chose this hotel strictly based on breakfast since we had to wake up early and drive 3 hours, can't complain. Nice room, exactly what we needed.

Well, my girlfriend broke up with me after we got back. I mean, she's pregnant and I met her while she was pregnant and she has a kid already. She was about to move in but whew, think I dodged a bullet honestly, her insecurities from her past relationships came to light and it was crazy.

The breakfast was fine. The location was very close to the event we were attending. We appreciated your pet friendly policy. While we don't have pets, our son has 2 dogs. We were all able to stay at Comfort Inn and Suites.

I would have liked some healthier options at the breakfast, such as fat free milk and whole wheat bread.

Staff was friendly, place was clean, nice, comfortable. Great value for your money. I would for sure stay here again without a doubt. Breakfast was great too!

Nice property, the only issue was seeing the entrance, and once spotted no issues

Same tired old breakfast offering, How about some Hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, bananas, nuts of some sort, protein drinks etc.

Breakfast was not so good ... mediocre. Could easily have been improved with better quality bagels & breads, cinnamon sugar shaker, bananas.
