The room was exceptionally clean when I walked in. It smelled clean. The welcome staff was very friendly and advised me of all amenities and the restaurant available on site. I did solo travel which meant more than enough towels for one person. I would say this room would be perfect for a couple or a business traveler. For anyone traveling for business there was a large counter to spread out with your laptop and whatever is needed for work. This was an excellent location as well. So close to shopping, etc. I would highly recommend.

I would've appreciated a little more signage in the door to the left of the revolving door regarding access after 10pm. I thought there was a key scanner there, but there was not - the key scanner is only in the right door entry. But this is not a huge deterrent at all and it would not warrant a negative review or deter me from staying here again.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. We highly recommend their excellent breakfast. During breakfast, the lively, super friendly, and helpful, Nataliya, ensures that every guest receives outstanding service—she truly goes out of her way to make sure no one is left without attention.

Very nice place. Inviting and comfortable. Staff was so nice. We were able to check in early and appreciated that. Room was clean and comfy.

Only downfall was the room smelled to much like dryer sheets for our liking. Otherwise, great place.

Didn’t eat there as too expensive.

The bartender needs to work on people skills. Wasn’t friendly and wanted to close right at 11:00. I’ve waitressed for over 20 years and was a bartender for 4 years. We all like to leave right on time, but the customer comes first!

The staff was very nice and the property was really clean

A primary reason we booked this particular hotel was because it advertised balconies and I received a confirmation that our room had a balcony. Major disappointment that there are no balconies on the property.

steakhouse doesnt have alot of options

The only disappointment was, we could not use the pool or the hot tub. It smells like sewage. Definitely something they need to get fixed.
