I loved the washer & dryer, and proximity to a great neighborhood with good restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I used the exercise room a lot. The "social night" food & drink M-W was very nice.

The walls are thin and I could easily hear my neighbors talking, walking around in the floors above me, etc.. (It didn't bother me too much, as I'd turn on sound masking whenever that was the case, and every night while I slept.)

Great location, easy access to everything. Short walk to good restaurants. The rooms are spacious and I like having a kitchen. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast offerings were fine and coffee and cold water were always available. Pool and workout room available too

We had a view of the highway which was also noisy at times. We could have asked for a room change but we had already unpacked when we noticed it and decided to stay put. It was unclear how to ask for room cleaning. It would have been nice to have printed information in the room

We weren't expecting a suite, so that was a bonus for the stay. We had our dogs along and our room had easy access to the outdoors and it was a nice neighborhood for walking them. It is located in a location that also made it easy to find some good places to eat within easy walking distance nearby. Too bad Capital Brewing was closed when were were there.

The $35 price per dog for the stay was pretty high. In fact, the room rate was higher than expected.

Loved the room including small kitchen. Facility and staff were great. Beautiful pool and hot tub. I made a point to return to the same hotel. Appears to have continuous upgrading and investment.

Worn out desk chair

The service at this hotel is impeccable. I arrived a few hours before my check in time, and I did not expect my room to be ready yet. I asked, and it was ready for me! There was hot coffee/tea on tap in the breakfast area which I loved. The garbage disposal in my room stopped working, but that is not the fault of the hotel's - things just break sometimes! I let the staff know and it was fixed immediately while my boyfriend and I were out and about. I definitely got my money's worth with this hotel - especially the location of it. It is in such a lovely area, where so many things are accessible just by walking. If I ever need to stay in a hotel again, this would definitely be my first choice to come back here.

Having a second floor room with children above us, the noise level was high. When asking front desk manager, Gloria, about relocating, she stated the hotel was booked full. Gloria made the extra effort and found us a room on the top floor, allowing us to have no distracting noises while sleeping. The staff, cleanliness and room amenities were superior. Lighting options were excellent. Attentive breakfast staff keeping items fresh and plentiful. The proximity to restaurants and shopping makes this hotel ideal for a return visit.

Outdoor parking awkward. Thermostat in room was locked making it too warm.

The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful making suggestions where to go within walking distance and the hotel amenities. Sheila was in charge of the breakfast buffet, she was excellent and this buffet had more options than any other complimentary breakfast I've ever had before.

Would have preferred a king suite but we ended up with a queen with a kitchenette, just didn't need that part.

breakfast was fine, typical hotel fare but it is always nice to have hot coffee ready and available first thing in the morning. I did like the special effort made to provide special dishes like fresh roasted potatoes and there was always fresh fruit which I really appreciated. The room was spacious and very nicely organized. I loved having a TV in the sitting area so that we did not have to sit in bed to watch. Great shower and nice thick towels. The location of the facility was great: easy access to the highway but one block walk to good restaurants and to a very attractive downtown area. Also the room darkening drapes were great for sleeping.

the couch in the room was very stiff and that made sitting for any length of time uncomfortable. the rooms were spacious and comfortable but the decorating was dated and carpets seemed a bit worn

The staff was friendly and very helpful to our needs. It was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good with different varieties from cold to hot. The location was just outside of the downtown area with other restaurants and shops in walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

The only minus in the trip was the water drained out slow in the tub outside of that it was a great stay.

The pool/hot tub are open 24hrs which is nice when you have lots of plans during a day/night. The breakfast was awesome!

The TV in the one room had very poor quality with lines all over the screen and we were missing a remote for the TV in the main area. When we arrived to our room it was 81 degrees and had the heat on in the summer, making it way too hot to sleep the first night.
