I was first concerned about the location due to being on or near a busy street with restaurants, etc. However, my room faced the back and I loved the park on that side of the building. I took several walks. The room was quiet and the breakfast was pretty good.

The light n the bathroom was very dim. It was missing one florescent tube where here should have been one. However, I had the front desk person come right after I reported it and he put in a new bulb. Lighting was great after that.

Location was fine—easy to get into Madison and Sun Prairie, but not really lots of places to eat, etc nearby.

Very glad I had blackout curtains as the bright lights in parking lot shone directly into my room. On the plus side, that means parking is well-lit. The bathtub creaked and groaned when taking a shower.

For a very unexpected stay, the front desk attendant was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice selection of breakfast items. Checkout attendant was doing a great job with maintaining the breakfast area, and was friendly upon checkout.

The location was just okay. But customer service was great. We could figure out how the get the sofa bed set up. But we called the front desk and they immediately came and helped us. Also, there was hot food, like sausages, scrambled eggs and waffles at breakfast.

Busy area. So, outdoor lights don't turn off at night. Always bright inside the room.

Toilet had a slight draining issue which was loud. We advised them of this and they will handle it for the future

The staff was friendly and it was quiet and easy to sleep.

Sheets were dirty (dark smudges or stains) but no one was at the desk when I asked for a change of sheets.

The manager, Mr. Patel and the front desk lady (Liz?) were both cheerful and welcoming. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with a great variety of choices

Breakfast was awesome! Eggs, sausage, waffle, yogurt all great. Very quick check in / out processes. Not a lot of waiting at the front desk, they all knew their jobs well to expedite customers on their way.

The power button on the tv remote didn’t work so we had to get up to turn the tv on/off.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. They let us check in 30 mins earlier. The breakfast was ok.

The bed pillows were the size of a throw pillow. The rooms are outdated and need some updates. We have stayed at Super8 hotels before and the room was small. Price was high.
