The staff was very nice, the breakfast was great and everything was clean.

The beds were old and squeaky, and there was light coming in around the door frame. It didn't actually really bother us but the doors were loud when they shut in the hallway.

I however do not like that the breakfast doesn’t have more kid friendly options. Also I wish the water was a little hotter, every time I come here it’s like i get a lukewarm shower!

The staff was very friendly. The facility was very clean. It was in a great location since we attended a concert at The Belfry Theatre.

The breakfast had a nice variety but the coffee and hot water weren’t hot and the hot food wasn’t quite our thing with what we assume was turkey sausage.

We travel with a miniature dachshund. I feel that charging $75 per pet, is very extreme. I understand there is additional cleaning involved. However, that is a lot of money.

We arrived at midnight after a long journey and were greeted by a friendly man an reception who had all our room keys ready so it was a very quick check in. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast great.

215 $ for 1 night was a little steep , but overall still a well run hotel.

Stayed there for the Kettle 100 trail runs. Close to the trail heads.

The prices always get jacked up for weekend we stayed.

The property looked brand new and was perfectly located for our needs. The room, staff and breakfast exceeded our expectations. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

I didn't use the breakfast service. The location was great. Just off a main highway. Multiple food locales within walking distance. Gas station very nearby.

There really wasn't anything to complain about except the walk from the car to the room due to being a busy place and having to park further from the entrance.
