We were there celebrating birthdays and when we arrived at facilty to check in ,the Staff at desk was very friendly and patient with checking us in since we were booked through 3rd party service and when we got to our rooms they all were simply amazing much larger than expected and all had something different in how they were arranged,definitely for the price paid it was amazing,clean and comfortable with everything you needed in room.it was about 20 of us and all was extremely satisfied with resort and plan to attend again.

The only thing was the pool and spa things were in another place ,not very convenient for the elderly.my granddaughter went for a massage at other facilty that was affiliated with resort and felt they didn’t seem to either know how to give a massage or wasn’t use to people of color.Otherwise our stay was great just not long enough.

Brand new facilities. Loved the amenities, the balcony, and all the wildlife (even coyote pups howling at night! Absolutely amazing.)

I didn't realize this resort was newly built and cut down so much of the forest and fawna. No wonder there are deer and other animals all over; they don't understand what happened to their home! I hope they allow all wildlife to stay and be free.

The room was spacious and Very clean . I asked for extra blankets at midnight, and they brought them to my suite. I was given the option of a stay at their other facility that is under construction. I was given a tour and I decided to remain at the suites despite being far from the amenities.

No microwave in the room or the building is was staying in.

The Bay Hills cottage we stayed in was very comfortable but were kept awake early part of the nite by loud voices nearby. Room facilities excellent.

View from the window would have been better had there not been a large tree growing outside the window. Having to check in at the Clubhouse & then go outside & go a short distance to find our accommodation was a little inconvenient

Geneva National is a beautiful resort. Lovely views. Also, very peaceful and quiet.

This was my first time ever visiting Lake Geneva. Sad to say, I will never visit here again. I have never experienced such rudeness and racism in my life. It was not the staff, but other guests that were very rude and racists. It made us so uncomfortable we didn’t want to come out of our suite.

The size and design of the king-size room were amazing! The fireplace was indeed a beautiful bonus feature. The bathroom was first class for sure, especially the open space and warm spacious shower. The onsite restaurant (snow globes) was indeed a couple favorite. 😍

Lack of on-site amenities. We had to travel to the sister hotel to enjoy common 4-star resort amenities, i.e., the pool, hot tub, steam room, lobby games, and cafés. Nonetheless, our location was peaceful and calm. The lack of activities could have definitely been due to the time of year that our stay took place because the ice castles had just started to melt, and the ice rink was down so no skating or skiing :(

Everything was great! Clean, spacious room… comfortable beds.

The restaurant on site. We ordered steaks and they were not at all cooked as ordered. We asked for medium well they were cooked well.. well done !!! Very disappointed considering the restaurant itself looked so prestigious.

Staff went above and beyond with a greeting card and champagne chilled for celebrating our ten year wedding anniversary very thoughtful. Beautiful property

No door to the bathroom sink vanity area connecting to main bedroom only door was to toilet and shower would have preferred door there for changing and privacy

We loved the spaciousness, cleanliness and overall tranquility of the property. The suite exceeded expectations! The staff were very friendly and check in/out was a breeze.

We could hear the group walking in the room above us, but it didn't take away from the experience.

Very clean and beautifully updated rooms. Large suite with large flat screen TVs in the sitting room and the sleeping area, large bathrooms with double sinks and a private bathroom, located on Geneva National’s lovely property. The staff were amazing, responsive and helpful. The courses were superb notwithstanding the fact that we haven’t had much rain. A+++ I will definitely be back!

There was nothing to complain about!
