Room and indoor and outdoor pools were great! Entire place was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. Location was central to so many things within walking distance. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Restaurant had really good food and really great service. Everything was decorated nicely.

Closet doors were off their track and hard to open and close. Keurig coffee maker didn't always work. Room service came at an inconvenient time one of the days (5 pm when we just got back to the room and were getting ready for dinner...not really their fault because how would they know that ...) Really wished room had another mirror outside of the bathroom. And wished hotel had movies you could select and pay for thru the television...would be nice for rainy weather or the evenings.

Pool was very nice as always and the location of the hotel-walking distance to everything. We love the 2 bedroom loft room, it gives us all space to move around and visit.

The master bedroom had a very musty smell and the carpet seemed damp. We've stayed here at least 12 times and never had this smell before, it was disappointing. The other rooms did not have this smell thank goodness. Also, the screens had some holes and surprised that the door leading to the patio did not have a separate screen door so we could get some fresh air without bugs flying in.

We didn't walk around outside because it was too cold but the location is convenient to many shops and cafes. Property is beautiful and very well kept. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, particularly the coffee cafe worker.

We were hoping there would be a continental breakfast available, it wasn't, and the restaurant isn't open for breakfast so we had to go off site for food. This wasn't a terrible thing but most places of this caliber would offer some sort of breakfast food as a complimentary service.

The kids loved the pool. We love visiting Lake Geneva any time of year. And the room was spectacular with the loft.

Online if you could provide a room layout picture. Before we booked, I wasn't exactly sure where we would sleep my daughters and each of their friends. It worked out great, but would have been nice to have an idea before we got there. Also, we enjoyed the game room- especially the games thag were play till you win. But we did lose some money on a few games that weren't working.

Front desk staff was amazing. We had a major issue, but the young lady was able to get us checked in with no trouble and gave phenomenal customer service. Room was clean and comfortable. Much bigger than we anticipated and with more amenities. Hotel was under renovation, but we didn't have any issues with that for the most part. Food at the attached restaurant was solid. Peaceful since we went in the off season. Right along yes lake and an easy walk to downtown Lake Geneva with all its shops and restaurants

The air conditioner in the bedroom was not working. It wasn't a major issue, but we forgot to tell the desk on our way out.

The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel is in a great location. People are friendly there. There is a huge pool. There is a high priced restaurant on location with good food. The housekeepers are fast and friendly. The maintanance is fast and friendly. The kitchen area is spacious and nice with an oven, stove, kurig, and fridge and freezer although ours didnt work.

There are no rooms with two beds as stated, There is a queen bed, and a stiff sofa bed pull out. Our refridgerator did not work and we lost food in it because it was cold when we left the room. They quickly replaced it with another non-working fridge freezer. There was NO hot tub as stated in the room description. The staff said they remodeled but didnt take it out of the description yet.

The last night we stayed, we had to upgrade to a better room, due to a lot of noise above us the first two nights. Also, the tub was leaking and the maintenance person was unable to repair the leak. Our last night there was awesome, much better room than the first room we stayed in.

Didn't like the first room the first two nights due to the people above us being quite loud. Additionally, the tubs was leaking for two days.

I love the location- it’s easy to walk to restaurants, bars and Starbucks. The suites were a nice size. They were accommodating with an early check-in. The pool was fun with good music playing.

The rooms and hallways are a little dated. It was expensive over Labor Day weekend with a 2 day minimum. Our soap dispenser in the shower was out of body wash but they did fill it when requested. The hallways are a bit confusing/ more signage would be nice.

Location was perfect for walking to shops and stores and the lake. Nice large indoor pool was perfect and never crowded. Love the balcony and fireplace. The lobby Christmas decor is so beautiful!

Arcade is a bust. Almost all of the "games" are those claw type machines. There are only 3 actual games and one sucked up $2 worth of tokens and still didn't go.

The room was very nice and clean! The suites for 6 people are spacious and have 2 full bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were open until 11:30 pm, which was nice. The attached restaurant was pretty convenient (make sure to do reservations on busy days especially). The location of the hotel is convenient for walking downtown.

The beds were so uncomfortable, like sleeping on the ground. The elevators were a bit scary, making weird noises and sudden moments that made us use the stairs if we could. Parking was so full that it was hard to find a spot.
