The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel area looked clean and kept. I have stayed here for many years and the rooms are kept well. Love that you put night lights in the bathroom, unless my room was a handicap room and not all rooms have them. ( First time I was on the 1st floor)

I hate the fact that you charge a $19 resort fee on top of the $200 a night room charge. Even though there's no lifeguard on duty at the pool I believe that someone from the hotel should be checking the pool area every now and then. People were putting chairs inside the pool and parents were giving their kids snacks to eat INSIDE the pool. Doesn't make it inviting for someone who just wants to cool off.

Perfect location! We could walk to almost everything we wanted to see. Saved lots of traffic stress. Loved the 4th floor with balcony and excellent view of the lake. Exactly what I had hoped when I booked.

Didn’t love the laminate floor in the room. Cold feeling. Didn’t love the bed linens. Have had much nicer ones at hotels that are much less expensive. Couldn’t pop popcorn in the microwave…strange. Fire department would have been called they said. Wish there had been a toaster in the kitchenette. No breakfast available in the hotel.

The awesome lake view from the room, excellent parking lot attendants, outstanding front desk customer service reps that were so cordial, attentive, sweet and wanting to make sure that we were pleased during our stay . The maintenance staff were very pleasing and cordial and smiled when acknowledged by us. Outstanding staff all around.

We only stayed for one night and were not able to venture into other areas of the facility. We did enjoy our time there and in a future stay we are planning to stay longer and experience the rest of what you have to offer.

Lake Geneva WI is a beautiful place to stay. The lake view is what you want but paying almost $200 during off season is a little steep. My room was updated, very nice. They have an indoor and outdoor pool. Ginos East pizza restaurant and bar right on the property but make sure you get out and walk through town. Cute shops and cafes.

I didn't like the price. I've been staying here off and for years and $120 would be a good total. Fees and taxes, the price goes way up. That is the only thing, but all hotels are high prices now along with everything else I guess.

Although not really a bargain the facility in is a great location with great views. A little outdated but the rooms are quite large and seem to be very well maintained

The partnership with Gino's seemed a little strange. Their food is always good but I would have expected a hotel of that caliber would have a restaurant with breakfast available. Gino's does not deliver to the rooms and do not seem to provide any priority to the hotel guests. The remote for the TV only worked half the time and the cable network was not easy to navigate.

location was great near all the shops and restaurants were in walking distance. enjoyed the pool. this time we did not use the indoor one. the restaurant attached is nice to have in those times when don't want to walk or get something quick. Free parking is a plus. it was a nice surprise were able to check in early or we could have used the free parking and pool if room was not ready yet.

the beds (queen) were not good for me, but it could be that used to own bed. it was hard and the pillows were also not what used to when sleeping. the idea of having coffee at lobby or room was a nice touch, but the coffee was not preference.

The property is in a great location right next to everything you need. The boat area, great restaurants and shops. The hotel had a fridge, microwave, and a little kitchenette and toweling and a few utensils and plates. I really liked that for having a few meals in the room. The pools both inside and out where clean and nice. They are both 4 feet so not deep. Both hot tubs were nice as well and an indoor sauna. We really enjoyed our stay with me and my 3 young boys, 13, 12, 10. We could go back and I suggested to others to go there as well. We also went to the Lake Geneva Safari (5 miles away) and that was super cool for the kids

No breakfast included which was a bummer.

The location is great.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The day we were there the fire alarm went on because people were trying to cook something in the microwave. The response from the police and fire department was very quick and making sure of guests and staff safety. That was a little scary but went well .

We loved the pool, the room was great, housekeeping was amazing, staff was friendly, hotel was clean

No breakfast as advertised, front of the building not very handicap friendly like maybe a railings for going up and down the front of the building, the mattress in our room was so uncomfortable by the time we woke up we were having so much backpain,

I liked the location - it was truly walkable to places we were going to in Geneva. Having the Keurig in the room was super convenient, but we had to keep raiding the lobby supplies with 3 coffee-drinkers in the room. Easy access to Geno's East was convenient, too.

For three adults,, the room was a little cramped. Someone had to sit on the bed when we were all together. The beds themselves were also very high - my shorter companion had to ask for a stool to get in and out safely.
