The staff was so friendly and helpful and kind! The room we stayed in was column themed amd was so big and roomy. The location is right near the downtown area and really cool park settings. The view from our balcony was nature settled amd just beautiful. The price of the room was very fair and we are looking very much forward to coming back again! Thank you Nikki and staff! We had a blast!

The place is a little outdated - no coffee in rooms, no blow dryer, but if you're looking for a place to rest your head and don't care about amenities, this is your place!

staff was excellent and while the carpets were worn the rooms were comfortable and the staff cleaned the room daily a few times it was cleaned and the bed made in the time it took my wife and I to go to breakfast and return.

Customer service was great! Gentleman at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Location was perfect for last minute 4th of July trip and couldn’t beat the price. We got what we paid for: simple, clean , safe space where we could comfortably sleep in-between having fun down the street, movies and shopping! Easy to walk to downtown area, about 15 min walk with the kid. Balcony looked out into wooded area, it was beautiful watching the fire flies in the evening sitting outside.

Staff were excellent and very personable. We had some nice chats about local events.

It was a little difficult to get out onto the road from the driveway in the morning. Between traffic, a steep driveway and trees blocking the view a bit, made getting out a bit of a task.

I liked that the front desk saw opportunity to upgrade me to my preferred room arrangement allowing me to use the King Suite #202.

The unit is older and I know renovations are expensive but a pool/hot tub would have been a nice option.

The lady at the front desk Nikki was a pleasure to talk to & she gave me directions to the Triston Crist Magic Theater. My friend & I also took an hour boat tour of beautiful Lake Geneva Wisconsin. It was great & I can’t wait to go back.

The pool wasn’t filled. Other than that I enjoyed my stay at the Chateau Royals Inn. Great weekend get away!

We had a King size suite with Spa Bath I like the room and the quiet location

This hotel has the appereance of being very old (especially in the hallways and from outside). However, our room was nicer than we expected, having read other reviews. It was outdated but clean and large. We also had a fridge and a microwave, which we really appreciated. The location is good and walking distance from the downtown and city centre. If we came through again, we would stay again.

The building is very old. Don't expect to swim in the pool.

The workers and ladies at the desk were some of the nicest people.

Honestly nothing really. Yes it could use updating but it was clean.
