Were there for a wedding, so location was great. We cared for the dog of the bride and groom, which was warmly welcomed. Used the pool/hot tub which was clean and relaxing. Breakfast was good and ample. Every single staff member was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Was a little surprised there was no refrigerator in the room. Since they all have them these days, didn't even occur to me that we might not have one. Room was a little tight with two trying to get ready for a wedding, but we managed.

Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. Generally, they're very hard, and I wake up sore. I woke up refreshed and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty as well! All of the staff was engaging and friendly, but not annoying. There is plenty of available parking, even when every room is sold out.

I really did not have any problems at all. My stay was wonderful.

The train sound coming in the room. According to my Granddaughter it sounded like it was coming right through the room. Dirty pool area. Used bandaids laying around. Not enough towels to dry off.

The facility was conveniently located and had plenty of parking. The room was clean and comfortable…every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the coffee was hot!

The breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from, but we hated the fact we had to use paper plates and plastic cutlery. This seemed a regular thing as we discovered on our tour around New England

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. They made the experience with myself and my four kids perfect. The breakfast was bountiful with different options. My kids loved the waffles the most. The staff accommodated for us when we had an issue with the a/c in our room. They have washer and dryer on site which helps if you're staying there for a few days and you need to wash some clothes.

I can honestly say I don't have any complaints about this place. Even the train track next to the hotel wasn't a problem.

The breakfast offered was good. liked the option of freshly cooked porridge. Coffee was good but prefer real cream to fake.

Would prefer bacon over sausage. Scrambled eggs over hard cooked.

Third year in a row staying at this location and I have no complaints. Staff was great and they ensured we were happy.

Nothing I can complain about. Even the train next to the hotel wasn't a problem.
