The location was convenient in an area that seemed safe, the room was clean and we were able to adjust the temperature to suit our preferences, the mattress was firm and comfortable, and the room rate was one of the best we were able to find in the area.

Room lighting was inadequate; although there were numerous light fixtures/lamps, all bulbs were low wattage. There was no night light available to enable us to find the way to the bathroom during the night; it wouldn't have been acceptable to leave the bathroom light on all night because whenever that light was on, so was the loud bathroom fan.

The room was clean and spacious and had a nice shower and good sized fridge. The bed was comfortable. I was on the 2nd floor and had a nice view of a green field. It was quiet and the staff(owners maybe) whom I met were pleasant. It was about a one mile walk to the main pier, which was very convenient so I could leave my car and not have to worry about finding parking in town. I didn't use the pool but I could see others splashing around in it and it was big and looked well appointed and quite clean.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property appeared to be family owned. The exterior property was extremely clean and well maintained. My room was exactly as pictured and immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The room offered all the necessary amenities like shampoo/bodywash etc. It was nice to be a little off the downtown area as it was very quiet in the evening but still not even 5 min drive to the lake and shops during the daytime.

Basic hotel, nothing fancy. Clean, quiet. Nice pool and firepit area. The front desk person was pleasant.

It is an older property. It is a mile + walk to downtown. Not an easy walkable location to the lake, restaurants, and shops that Lake Geneva is famous for. The price was high for the basic room and location. However, it was much less than the options located closer to the action.

I loved the location because it was close to town and beach, so you could walk to places if you wanted. The pool was my favorite feature because it was so clean and big! The rooms looked nice a new, the chaise was great for sitting, the bed was comfy, and the fridge was huge, which made things great!

The only issue was the microwave kept shutting off when we were trying to use it.

A nice motel on the outskirts of the town. Nothing fancy but ticked most boxes. The room was a good size and was clean. The motel was off the road so was quiet with a large car park. It had most of the facilities you would want - fridge, coffee maker etc. Comfortable and good value for money.

The bathroom was a little small and dated. A carpet would have been nicer than the tiled floor (and a very dark tile that made the place look gloomy).

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It had a TV, refrigerator, microwave, and hairdryer which all worked! Plenty of towels and little bottles of lotion and shampoo, glasses and ice bucket. There was no carpet on the floor, just nice tile which is much better than carpet. Water pressure was good. The large pool is sparkling clean with plenty of chairs and tables placed around, as well as towels. They also have a fire pit and grills set out for those wanting to make their own meals. The staff is very accommodating. The price of a motel room at Geneva Wells is much more affordable than all of the other hotels in Lake Geneva and the location is much quieter.

The only con is the morning coffee isn't available down at the office early enough. They have in-room coffee machines though, if you don't want to make a coffee run.

We booked our trip to Lake Geneva at the last minute - so were happy to find space even though it was a peak weekend in August. Rooms were what you would expect for any motel but with much nicer comfortable plush pillows and bedding. AC worked great in our room and the room smelled fresh and was clean. The provided refrigerator was big enough for us to unload our cooler box from the trip. And there was free ice provided for drinks. Our favorite feature about the property was the pool! The pool water and pool area were pristine with very comfy loungers and sun umbrellas provided. Even though it's right next to the parking lot there are some lovely trees in the meadow outside the pool which gave it a really rural and peaceful feeling. Water was clean, perfect temp, and not over-chlorinated. We were traveling with my mother-in-law who has some mobility issues and the property was able to guarantee a ground-floor room and even was able to check her in early, which we also appreciated. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. I saw some people complaining about the price of the motel but for a town like Lake Geneva, we felt we got good value for what we paid and it's obvious that the hotel staff take the time to make it as comfy as possible.

I wanted to take a swim first in the morning on the day we checked out - but the pool was padlocked:( It was like 7:45Am on a Sunday so understandable, but I was just obsessed with that perfect water!

The rooms are clean and spacious, with a kitchenette included. The pool is huge and up to 9ft deep! We enjoyed the sitting area near the pool, as well.

The bathrooms are a bit old and outdated, with limited counter space. The bad frame also made popping sounds whenever we moved.

A hidden gem. The owner was very helpful and came to our room when we had an issue with the tv remotes. The pool was clean and nice that there were umbrellas , chairs and even b b que grills. He had flowers everywhere and that was a delight to see each day. The ac was good and the no curtains that wouldn't close together, but 2 in blinds which we really appreciated. Coffee makers in the rooms and in the lobby but no breakfast. Downtown Lake Geneva was only one mike away. Lighting was good as well as shower pressure. Don't miss this one.
