Great location

Leaking ceiling in one of the bathrooms they really had no real concern over as after we made the call to the front desk they sent a staff over to fill our soap dispensers that staff member informed us the call came out to them as just to fill soap dispenser so whoever it was at reception that took our call failed to relay what exactly was happening and then when the correct staff came to the room nearly an hour later they said there wasn’t anything they could do because it was late and they didn’t want to have to wake up the people staying in the room above us and allowed it to continue to leak overnight, meanwhile we had to throw towels on the floor so we wouldn’t slip on the wet floor.

The first day we got there, the windows in the living room and patio door were taped off for maintenance painting of outside facade. It ended up being a miscommunication between the hotel and painters. The tape was supposed to be taken down that day, but did not happen until I complained about it again a day later. Another complaint was that their battery operated handicapped chair that lowered you into the pool did not work and the pool attendant had no idea how to work it or repair it. He said no one showed him how to use it at all.

It was a very spacious room. Had everything you would need right in the room. Cookware, big bathroom, nice comfortable bed and a good location.

There was a lot of lady bugs crawling around on the windows and a few stink bugs that go into the room too from the screen door. The door frame and window frames were pretty dirty and saw quite a few dead ladybugs there too. The room itself was very nice and clean. It maybe needs to have some extra attention to those parts of it and possibly get a new screen door that doesn’t let bugs in constantly from outside. Otherwise nothing bad to say about the room.

Everything! Room was exceptional with a fully supplied kitchen. Quality dishes, utensils, glassware, pots& pans, serving platters and bowels. In addition to all appliances there is a washer & dryer. Needed for nothing. Nice little terrace overlooking the golf course for morning coffee. Short walk and you are at the resort enjoying their amenities.

Only complaint was the towels at the pool were not kept up. Tons of towels in the bin waiting to be washed but no clean towels.

We attended GaryCon during our trip, and the Holiday Inn Club was an amazing location and value. We especially appreciated the kitchen so we could make simple breakfasts, lunch sandwiches, etc. We probably saved $500 on eating out. The couch was very comfortable for our teenager, but our king bed was hard, a bit lumpy, and all the pillows were uncomfortable. The staff was excellent, when I asked for extra coffee at the front desk (at the Grand Geneva Hotel), they had it delivered to our door.

Have stayed here many times and appreciate the updated furniture and decor. Staff at front desk very helpful. Good communication via text and in person. Received help to tip housekeeping virtually via new app. Concierges very welcoming and knowledgeable re activities. Well Spa massage, facial and manicure/pedicure excellent. Location of unit in preferred building 5/6 with enclosed entryway. Outdoor pool, Grand Geneva and Timber Ridge restaurants, easy parking. Balcony with view of golf course. Kitchen for in-unit meals. Dove soap. New coffeemaker and kitchen linens and soaps delivered fast when discovered missing. Looking forward to next visit already booked.

Thin walls mean conversations of guests next door audible.Steam room at Well Spa was out of order. No longer have recycling bin in room, nor is a recycling dumpster available anymore in the parking lot. Carried out and took home my own recyclables. Shared that comment with front desk.

We enjoyed our stay in a 1-bedroom villa. The villa was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. It featured a full kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed, from pots and pans to dishes, cups, and silverware. We particularly enjoyed the lovely view of the golf course from our villa, and the balcony where we sat and had coffee in the morning. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Easy access to downtown Lake Geneva.

Our villa had a connecting door to the neighboring unit, which could be convenient for larger groups. However, at times, we could hear the TV and conversations from next door. Also, check-out is at 10 a.m., which isn't ideal. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was wonderful.

The villa rooms were great!

A courtesy fyi would be great to advise that there is a curfew for noise at the hotel. Our kids were having fun playing and a “noise” complaint was made and security came to our room. We barely get the chance to take the kids out on “mini vacations” and our kids were having fun. If I were to know about the noise ordinance, I would of made sure the kids were more quite. Other than that, everything else was great.

Absolutely perfect and beautiful! We traveled for our son's wedding at the Grand Geneva resort. We booked this separately from the other wedding block rooms at the main resort. We needed room for family to hang out together in a comfortable location, so we had two rooms joined to make for a "sleeps 8" configuration. We were concerned about this resort being a typical Holiday Inn, hard to access, and unimpressive. We were totally blown away! Our rooms were essentially a step above the main Grand Geneva resort rooms. While there is no free breakfast, our rooms both had a complete kitchen with full-size appliances and utensils/cups/cookware. They both also had a washer and dryer. We did enjoy a buffet breakfast at the main resort, which was a great price per person (under $20) and delicious. There was plenty of parking in every lot. The pool was warm and refreshing. Towels are provided at the pool entrance. Big takeaway - this IS part of the Grand Geneva!

(Seriously, we loved everything!) An explanation is needed that this Holiday Inn is part of the Grand Geneva Resort, and not a "Holiday Inn." It was definitely a wonderful surprise, however! Also, check-in is AT the resort, the same desks for the main resort guests. While we couldn't figure out how to walk to the main resort, right over the wall and up the hill, we simply drove.

Room was so clean, and it had all that we need for our vacation and cooking. Swimingpool is beaitiful, and we had so many fun there, my children enjoyed very well. Also nature around the resort was impressed us.

Late check-in, at 4 pm, and early check-out is at 10 am, so it's really a whole day.
