We liked the location to stay when we visit family in the area. The budget friendly cost will allow us to come more often. This is our second stay and will plan to return. The staff is helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub were a welcomed surprise. Nice continental breakfast and coffee. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. Loved the shower head and amenities. Keep up the good work.

The location is dated but very clean and cost friendly. We will return.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was out over night so slept during the day and it was quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for more than a one night stay.

The remote for the TV could have been better. I had to scroll through every channel to get the one I wanted. But this is just my preference.

Big room with king bed, complete with refrigerator & microwave, plenty of lights and outlets & big closet. Shower was great too. The staff are some of the nicest I've ever met, ready to immediately help with anything & treated us like their good friends. Nice breakfast buffet included, with everything we could want. Pool looks great, but didn't get a chance to use it, though others looked like they were having a ball! Can't wait to return next year!

The whirlpool in the room was fabulous.

You could hear every noise outside of the room - every conversation, kids running and yelling, etc. It's a hotel, so it's to be expected. But when you are walking down the hall, you shouldn't be able to hear someone talking on their phone. It made us feel a little self-conscious in our own room.

The toilet in room 207. It was like a child toilet, low to the floor. I am 5’3 about 130 lbs but it was very low. There was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was a screen in the window but the window didn’t open. Breakfast no options for dietary restrictions- no non dairy products, no turkey/chicken options only poor. There were alot of sugary options

The staff was the best part of this hotel. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful.

The halls were too dimly lit. The furniture in the dining area was outdated and heavy to move. It was hard to push yourself into the table. The breakfast was the same both days and not well supplied. Eggs were missing but sausage was plentiful. Bacon and eggs were missing together. It seemed the hotel was short staffed. Also, I always think breakfast should be available until 10AM EVERY DAY as people, on vacation, would like to sleep a little longer in the morning! Also, the room needed another chair. A desk chair is not enough for 2 guests! Ever! The room was poorly lit too.

breakfast very satisfying. Wish I could make pancakes that easy at home, good that I can't! food offerings were fresh and presented well. Could see that staff was always attentive. All staff I came across were very professional and accomodating.

Sorry that hot tub went out during my stay. So glad I checked on the first night. Manager Nicole was very considerate of my dismay. I really appreciated that. Those are the kind of things that would help me return.

We have a baby and my wife and I purchased 2 queen beds, however we realized that our daughter is starting to roll a lot and didn't want to risk her falling off the bed...so we asked Mike P to upgrade to King size, he was unsure at first if he had any available but than found one being cleaned out, he gave it to us with no upcharge. I'm not used to this kind of customer service but it was super!

This is a little distant from Lake Geneva about 15 minutes, but nothing to do with the property itself. Everything about the room was awesome. And i've stayed in luxury hotels abroad but none have ever included cooking ware like a crockpot, glass coffee mugs, a stove. It was like staying in an airbnb but better. Oh and no shady weirdos on the property like how you see in many other places. Felt safe which is most important if you have a family with you.

The room was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. There was everything I would require for a short or extended stay. The large flat screen TV was new and functioned well. the bed was soft with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was very clean with a good shower. I liked the small coffee maker. the continental breakfast was better than most with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked all of the stay .The breakfast was amazing.the workers were so nice ,friendly ,helpful,and kind.

they didnt change our sheets every other day like they say they do.Also didn't appreciate that they more than doubled the cost of the stay for one nite when we stayed the whole week .it was never mentioned when i reserved it for a week . i paid it but feel they were taking advantage of the situation
