Indoor pool, perfect for hot weather when there are thunderstorms outside. Although this inn was clearly built in the last century, good maintenance and great housekeeping show. Updated technology, including free fast wi-fi (two of us, 2 phones, 2 tablets/streaming, 1 laptop- no buffering) room fridge, room microwave keep it relevant. Big roomy parking lot and easy access too. Room amenities and an amazing night desk contributed to making this an impressive experience.

Crossing Route#50 on foot is scary. It is only one mile to walk to the lakefront, but we didn't want to risk crossing. A couple of in town events had a shuttle come through (too hot to walk anyway) - that might be helpful, along with a light or marked pedestrian crosswalk. We drove.

The breakfast offerings were a good variety. Especially liked the waffle!

The room had 1/4 a roll of toilet paper. There were no extra rolls in the bathroom. Plus there were only 2 bath towels. I called the desk and asked if they could bring us more. I was told I can have more but that I would have to come down and get it. If the room was properly stocked this was an avoidable inconvenience.

No Doubt all Comfort Suites are Nice, But This one is one of the Best ! Walked around the The Lake, 8 Hour Walk ! The Hot Tub was super appreciated. Breakfast was Good as usual. Great Spot one a minute from Downtown Lake Geneva. Outdoor Fire Was also a Plus. Will Stay Here Again.

Nothing to Not Like.

Beautiful clean, bright hotel in every area I visited. The room was spotless, I used the extra bedding from the closet, and it smelled fresh. The breakfast was well-stocked and clean, and the hotel worker in the kitchen area was so kind and made a point to greet me.

Nothing, loved it

This is my 2nd time to use Comfort Inn. The 1st time was 7 years ago in a different state which was really good. I like that they have breakfast which is very important to me and my family.

The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Large rooms, clean hotel, plenty of amenities. Friendly and helpful staff, notably Jasmine! She did a wonderful job and presented a positive image.

Do not like large self dispensable bathroom hair and body products. Rather bring my own.

The hotel was nice. Unfortunately we were only there for a few hours, didn't get to use pool. My granddaughter didn't feel well, started running a fever. So we had to leave and go home. Everything did look fine. Place for breakfast. Plenty of parking. Close enough to downtown Lake Geneva just a quick drive down the street.

The most surprising feature was the swimming pool area. There is a great wading pool for toddlers with a water feature including some fountains and a sort of waterfall. The rooms had plenty of space, and the pull out sofa bed was helpful for kids (though it would not be comfortable for adults).

Lovely big room with couch in room so could relax.

We thought the breakfast could have been better with more choice of cereals and fruit. We didn't like the plastic cutlery and the polystyrene plates we used at breakfast.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is within a short drive of the lake and beaches. It is also near many eateries and stores. We would definitely recommend it to others.
