When we arrived at the hotel at Fairfield, we were greeted by Jessica outstanding person. She told us why we were there. I told her it was our anniversary. She was so kind to give us an upgrade. They treated us like royalty loved every minute had a great time truly recommend this hotel. We will be there again for our next anniversary. Great staff great management very clean. Can’t say enough about this place.

Room was nice, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good, general lobby area was good for being able to do work. Super thankful for great coffee in lobby at 5:20am when I had to catch shuttle to airport! So appreciated!

One of the reading lights in our room was not working. Don't like the addition post in wall to hang garments. It is a head banger if you get up in the night. Not the safest set up in my traveling experience. Pool deck was slippery around the area of the stairs into the pool. I slipped but was able to catch myself without injury. However others may not be so fortunate.

The location was great - 5-15 minute drive from everything we wanted to do, and there’s plenty of parking at the hotel. The breakfast was fine; a nice selection of breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and some kind of hot meat and eggs and a pre-wrapped breakfast sandwich. I can’t say the quality of the hot food was stellar, but it met our needs. The coffee is very good, which I appreciate.

One morning all of the hot egg items contained cheese, which my partner can’t eat. Otherwise, it was nice to have the breakfast available.

Breakfast was nice with some variety between days. Location is good in the sense that it is away from the busy streets. You will want a car to come and go. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free beer was available on one afternoon/evening.

The sound isolation between rooms was not so great. We had a loud neighbor and could hear the TV through the walls. Had to relocate to a different room because of it. The drain in the shower were a bit slow.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room appeared clean. Everything looked new.

One of the toilet paper rolls was used, only leaving one full one for us. The garbage can had no bag in it. And the lotion left for us at the sink was used. That kind of grossed me out and made me question if they cleaned in a rush. The rooms also aren't very sound proofed. Could hear people outside the room and our neighbors dog barking.

We stayed two nights. The first night we had a double queen bedroom and it was spacious. But the second night we had a king room and it was less spacious but still comfortable.

the air conditioning! It was really cold when running but very warm in room when not running.

The lobby is modern and open, and we were assisted right away. The room was also modern, with a large walk in shower and plenty of counter space. While our room was on the first floor directly next to the exit door, we didn't hear any noise. The bed is very comfortable.

I wish that the HVAC unit in the room had a setting for just the fan. I like white noise in the night.

Nice location, pool, exercising room, excellent staff!

No house keeping during our 2-night stay, not even trash pickup; this is hard for a family trip. Smelly faux letter trash bin. Not the best Fairfield Inn breakfast compared to others; few selection and not very tasty. However, staff work hard to keep food and drinks well stocked.

The breakfast was excellent. The omelets were hot and fresh. The waffle were fun to make and the fresh fruit and juice were delicious. It was a clean eating area and the person in charge of keeping it so was attentive and very nice. The rooms were clean and large. The showers were hot and powerful. The free Spotted Cow was a great surprise! Thanks!!

Next time we will take a room facing West to keep the highway traffic noise to a minimum. Otherwise it was wondwerful.

We arrived and were greeted with a complimentary snack bag, water, and list of restaurants in the area. They also had a complimentary Happy hour in the lobby/dining room with snacks and music. we made to feel very welcome and as if we were visiting friends. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful.
