The Grandview was wonderful as always. The personal attention was delightful and the food was delicious and excetionally well presented. There was live entertainment in the Bar that was good but was too loud and close up. There is really not enough space in the area to include live music comfortably.

The room was nice but suffersd from some darwbacks. No instrutions fo the coffeemaker, carpeting in the hallways despertly in need of updateing, in adequate bedside table space, mattress height set too high- making "in and out" efforts difficult for the more elderly patrons, access to available electrical outlets very inconvenient.

it was extremely clean, very quiet, although it was during the off season so not a lot of people around, it was a little pricey but I felt we got what we paid for, I would stay here again. the complimentary champagne was a nice touch

the room was for up to 4 people, but we only got 2 wash cloths, the rest of the linens were sufficient. also when we left for the day the cleaning staff were standing in the hallway, I’m sure they were waiting for people to start leaving so they could work, but they weren’t very friendly as we walked by, I said good morning and nobody replied, and there were 3 of them just standing there watching us leave.

The room was very nice, with a view of Lake Geneva.

I got an email from booking.com stating we’d get 20% off of our room if we spent $200 at dinner. We spent $300 but didn’t get the discount because we booked through you and paid you. I believe booking.com should reimburse us 20%. Next time we’ll book directly with the hotel.

Love the ambiance, location, in-house restaurant and view!

Everything was absolutely lovely, but we noticed major dust (like 6 months+) under -!: behind both beds and behind the couch and nightstand. Additionally we noticed what appeared to be the beginning of mold in a small spot of the ceiling in our room. When I reported it to the front desk, the reply was “I’ll let housekeeping know”. He didn’t seem to care much.

Poor lighting in the room. Also, given a first floor room facing the parking lot. Since I had booked this trip well in advance of the planned date, thought we’d get a lake view. Also, since it was my sister and I traveling, would have preferred upper floor for safety

I am a big fan of The Geneva Inn. It is a beautiful property in a fantastic location.

I noticed an unpleasant smell in the area. It was beyond the hotel, too, so perhaps it was the water?

No breakfast and very limited offerings in breakfast bar other than coffee. Loud and breezy heating system in the room.

The view is without a doubt one the most beautiful sites from sunrise to sunset.

our room didn’t have heat I asked them to fix it twice but it never got warm me and my wife had to sleep our first night with our jackets on in 56 degrees temperature. There was a cold draft of wind seeping through the balcony door.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean & comfortable. We were welcomed with a friendly smile & a glass of champagne as we entered the lobby. I only wish there was a swimming pool on-site

The rooms are wonderful although I think a piece of art or two on the walls would give them a pop. View is Great of the lake. Restaurant was wonderful. Service Great

Im a light sleeper and when they renovated unfortunately they didn't wrap the sewer pipes with insulation so everytime the toilet flushed upstairs I woke up. Sad the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast and lunch they did have a breakfast bar thou
