Our room was huge, we weren’t expecting that. Nice pool and hot tub area. And fitness facilities. We didn’t utilize those this trip. Bed was comfy and lots of pillows.

THE TUB! The jets didn’t work! A huge tub and not even able to use it the right way! Also the shower curtain in 233 needs to be washed our switched out. It was disgusting. Sometimes I wonder if the cleaning people actually get inside the shower when they clean it? It just spray it down…yucky

Breakfast was fine, attendant was very efficient and accommodating. We stayed 3 nights, wondered if bacon was an option any day. All offered was good, appreciated!

Can't think of anything . All was clean, comfortable, easily accessed. Surrounding area, had things to do. Good variety of food areas

Breakfast was great. They do a great job and stay on top of keeping things stocked

My only issue is the new policy that they want to charge for our grandkids to swim after we already purchased a room. We stay here every time we can when we visit the grandkids and I wasn’t too happy about that policy.

I was originally coming here but the pool was under maintenance so they send me to the other location which was nice and clean. The parking was huge and both of my friends stayed with me 2 nights and it was spacious big room I will be back here again.

Room was large and clean. Pool was nice and the breakfast and coffee was also really good. Nice staff.

We were on the 1st floor and the people above us were very noisy. I would stay on the 2nd floor next time.

The entire staff was wonderful! Our checkin went smoothly and Andrew at the front desk couldn't be more accommodating! The breakfast was fresh and the beat breakfast we've had over the past week in and out of different hotels throughout Illinois and Wisconsin! The lobby was spotless, common grounds clean and their was a fresh scent throughout the lobby and hallways!

Like I stated our stay was wonderful, the only thing that would improve the rooms would be to upgrade the mattresses. Also, deodorize the guest rooms with that great scent that's throughout everywhere else on the property. Also, the pool/spa area had huge fans and was extremely humid in there. Maybe they were working on that area.

The variety for breakfast although the cups for juice and coffee could be bigger. Had to make multiple trips to get drinks. Sunday morning there wasn't any regular bagels out. And had to ask for the waffle mix to be refilled

Cost of room expensive for just a place to sleep. Beds could have been more comfortable

Staff was very Friendly, the fruit and veggie water at the front of the lobby was amazing.

Breakfast was okay because we are Vegan need to cater to Vegetarians and Vegans. The elevator needed some cosmetic work and the wash rooms were not vented.

Our room was very clean, and the furniture was in excellent shape and comfortable. The bonus in room jacuzzi tub was fabulous! We enjoyed our valentines getaway!

Pool could be a bit warmer, the water temp was chilly.
