I liked the big bountiful breakfast buffet never the same thing twice different daily not boring breakfast at all very upper class and delicious. The atmosphere was as if you were one big family. They have a pool table in the main room with plenty of seating. Very quiet never heard other people. Each morning at 3:30 am I would head down to the lobby grab a large cup of coffee ( I brought my own mug) sat and watched the news. There were nice TV's in the room, however I didn't want to wake my spouse. It was nice being in a quiet zone sipping coffee watching the news just having me time. There are plenty of games available to play along with very nice regulation pool table. The ice machine is very nice, they had these nice plastic buckets you can use and loads of disposable plastic wrapped paper cups you can take as needed. The pool was a nice size, not heated and for a winters stay it would have been nice to have a little warmth to the pool. The pool was kept prestine clean, just as the rooms were. When I arrived at the room I immediately took a paper towel wet it and wiped the floor with no dirt at all on the floor the workers took pride in their jobs that's very rare. The rooms were bright and amazing decor very roomy the bathroom was this amazing walk in shower with amazing products mounted on the wall, lemon and brown sugar scrub, wonderful shampoo and conditioner. The lotion had a nice soft lovely smell and left your skin feeling well Moisturized. There were plenty of plug ins for phones and other electronic equipment even in the main lobby the seating had ports to plug into to keep your items charged. This is the most wonderful hotel I have stayed at in a long time, I travel a lot. The price was reasonable too for a week we paid $ 506.00 that's very reasonable for the amenities we received and you can have grubhub delivered free if charge as long as your order is $10.00 while a guest at the hotel. I highly recommend TRU Hilton.

The only thing I didn't like no microwave in the room, only a mini fridge no freezer. No heated pool.

Very clean, modern hotel, near the interstate but very quiet. Very comfortable beds, good blackout curtains. Decent fitness center and good breakfast with healthy choices. Staff was friendly and offered us bottled water on check-in and when they were closing down the breakfast.

It would be nice if breakfast went later than 9 a.m (perhaps 9:30?). Also missed bar soap in the bathroom. But these were very minor points; would definitely stay here again!

Front desk worker the evening of May 24 was excellent- friendly, helpful, anticipated the needs of our group, and seemed to really care about his job. Lobby area is fun for hanging out. Everything was clean.

Little bit confusing on how to get to the actual parking lot. A person appeared to be sleeping behind the Janesville Comfort Shoppe which you have to drive by to get to the hotel.

Everyone was extremely helpful. It was Valentine's Day, and we found ourselves lost in the midst of the snowstorm. The staff at Tru took care of us, and made us feel, warm, safe, and welcome. We appreciate the coffee availability at all time and found the main room welcoming. The breakfast was fabulous, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Missed not having microwave in room, no settings on little fridge (no little freezer at all) couldn’t get my little travel packs frozen for return home.

Breakfast left something to be desired. The pancake machine was running slow or jammed, they were out of eggs and that only left sausage, bagels/toast, cold cereal and yogurt. Kind of lame compared to some of the other nearby hotels continental breakfasts I've had.

New facility. Super clean. Had a European, spare, contemporary decor.

Had a little trouble finding it. The GPS took us to a big box store located directly in front of the property, preventing us from seeing the hotel.

Room was lovely. Beds very comfortable. Very clean and we had everything and more that we needed. Walk in shower was wonderful as well as the shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Highly recommend staying here if you want to relax after a day of driving in great comfort.

Nice clean and fresh rooms, love the vibrant colours and relaxed concept. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Janesville. Staff particularly friendly and welcoming.

No coffee maker in the room, I really didn't have an issue with this as it was readily available at reception but some people might be expecting it.

The staff was first rate, room very nice, breakfast buffet was good. Personally didn’t like the egg frittatas but other options were fine.

The hotel is tucked in and around and kind of hard to find but once there it was fine. Good location for food, gas and groceries
