I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern, impeccably clean rooms, meticulously maintained daily by the cheerful cleaning staff. The hotel's relaxing pool area and the rooftop terrace with a hot tub provided the perfect spots to unwind and soak up the sun. Each morning, I looked forward to the plentiful breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options, including gluten-free choices. Lunchtime was equally delightful, with delicious meals served with a smile. Special thanks to Luigi, whose helpful tips and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. He even arranged a great area for us to watch England advance to the semi-finals in the Euro football, complete with Prosecco and snacks—a truly memorable experience. This hotel is ideal for a quiet, relaxing break. The town boasts numerous restaurants with stunning sea views, perfect for enjoying a meal with a picturesque backdrop. The wonderful lido areas, where you can hire sunbeds and take a dip in the sea to cool off, are an added bonus. Additionally, there are many boat trips available; I highly recommend booking a private tour with Stephen, whom you can find near the Lunar Rose. His professionalism and great pricing made for an unforgettable experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a tranquil and enjoyable getaway.

Room had too many security blue lights so you needed a mask to sleep Bed creaked a lot

Everything in this hotel was absolutly professional beginning with the receptionist and ending with the pool. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of choices. The rooms were big, with balcony and prefectly cleaned daily. We enjoyed the swimming pool and pool bar after days spent by sightseeing in hot weather.

We were slightly disappointed that the swimming pool and pool bar closed at 7 pm as it was our usual time of arrival from exploring the island. Also the parking could be free of charge, but the charge was not that high (10 EUR per night).

Location was great - just a street parallel to the promenade with lots of restaurant options. Rooms were really spacious and clean and breakfast was also really good. The receptionist Luigi was a gem! Super helpful and ensured that he made our stay a memorable one

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the attitude that some of the breakfast staff had. No smiles, no welcomes - seems like you had to pay them to be friendly. Also they weren’t very nice to the kids. We’ve been to hotels where kids were treated so well and unfortunately their attitude towards families wasn’t the best. Not all the staff but the breakfast ones - they literally took the “Nutella” packs back in the kitchen when they saw that the kids were enjoying them and wanting seconds during the buffet breakfast

Location is great. Also with the parking, which is not included with the hotel. Staff are really nice.

It is the third time we visited this year, the room we were in this time was a room near the pool entrance door. We had an armchair, which was all with dog's fur, so we couldn't use it. It was not a big deal, but we couldn't use it. The bed mattress was not comfortable either. In fact, we were speaking with other people near the pool, and they also mentioned the mattress issue.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day. Breakfast was very good with good selection of food and amazing coffee prepared by the watresses. The General Manager made sure to check on us every single day of our trip, which we found super cool.

Good location for those, who would like to check local restaurants (frutti di mare - excellent!), there are plenty in Acitrezza. There is no proper beach, but we were not looking for one. Breakfast was quite good, although a bit monotonous.

Parking was charged extra.

The hotel is absolutely fine. Very clean, decent sized rooms and pleasant staff. Breakfast choice is good.

As advertised, the hotel is 50 meters from the "beach". However, the beach at Acitrezza itself is totally disappointing. The beach in front of the hotel (no sand) is absolutely minuscule with pebbles and rocks going into the sea - I can't imagine how families with children manage there. The view of the rock formations in the sea is pretty but I would absolutely not go to Acitrezza for a beach holiday. We walked up and down the sea front, but could not find any other alternatives.

Everything was amazing; Staff were super friendly and my villa was incredibly nice. The whole area is nice

It seems quite far away from the area where most of my friends were staying (the main part of the island), which is (of course) not the fault of the hotel. As such, please stay here if you mainly intend to use the beach.
