The warmest pool from all our stay in Sicily, water of tea temperature that was a delight. Nice sunbeds and umbrellas next to the pool. Smooth checkin and checkout process, nice administration desk speaking English. Tasty breakfast, bar is available as well to buy sodas or other beverages. Good free parking. Town is accessible by foot for dinner, but they have own onsite restaurant as well. They were very kind and allowed us to stay several hours next to the pool after checkout (we had a late flight)

We had an exceptional experience at Hotel Lachea in Acitrezza, just north of Catania! The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and impeccably clean, equipped with a fridge and air conditioning. I highly recommend opting for a room with a sea view – the scenery is absolutely stunning and well worth the extra cost. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the main attractions in town, making it very convenient to explore the area. I also recommend this hotel for those planning to visit Catania, as the price is excellent and the value for money is unbeatable. Additionally, for those interested in a trip to Mount Etna, the hotel offers direct booking options, which is a great convenience. Another impressive aspect was the constant presence of the owner, who takes care of each guest personally and is even present at breakfast to ensure everyone feels welcome. The hotel's pool is remarkable, with a breathtaking view that leaves you speechless. Definitely a destination I highly recommend!

Very good location if you are travelling by car, close to Catania with easy access right on the road, ample free parking in front of the hotel. The view from the balcony of sea view room was fantastic. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious shower, small fridge, short walk to the Aci Trezza promenade with many restaurants - in short, everything you could need.

We wanted to extend our stay for another night, but unfortunately there were no rooms available.

The Hotel is absolutely great, breakfast was nice if you love bakery this would be exactly best breakfast for you, staff is lovely, everything was really clean and nice, everything you need for short time stay, if you’re traveling and searching for 1/2 nights stay.

This is nobodies fault but there was a bit busy traffic all night, so it was a bit hard to rest and sleep well because of traffic noises. Maybe because it was weekend.

A very well run, Family Hotel. It provides excellent facilities and the Restaurant in particular is outstanding value for money with really good cuisine. We enjoyed our stay, having been to the hotel a few years ago, and will surely return.

Some of the (Italian) guests in the dining room played loud music on their phones during the meal which disturbed us and showed a lack of courtesy.

Nice hotel within walking distance from the sea, the marina and the great fish restaurants of Aci Trezza. Contrary to what some reviews say, the walk is perfectly safe, just make sure to take Via Spagnola which crosses under the main road. There is a private parking available. The sea view from the balcony was great. Perfect location for trips to Taormina, Etna and Catania. The breakfast was relatively good - nice choice of sweet pastry, proper ham, cheese, some eggs and more (although some improvement would be appreciated, see below). And last but not least, there is friendly and welcoming staff.

The main road is very noisy, even late in the evening. Also note that there is no nice beach in Aci Trezza, so this place is not really a good destination for beach holidays. The savory section of the breakfast would profit from some improvement - the scrambled eggs were not that great, one kind of ham, one kind of cheese and there was typically no choice of vegetables (or I did not spot them). But then again, I was there in the off-season in an almost empty hotel, so perhaps the choice is better in the summer season.

The size of the room was huge with a massive comfortable bed. Staff was professional and courteous. Nice pool although we did not use it as we were only there for a short time. We spent lots of time in aci castello which is a short walk from the hotel. Nice little town with lots going on. The room haf a nice size balcony with a good view. Good decent parking if you are driving.

The road is quite busy so you could hear the cars and there were some noisy works from a nearby location in the morning. I am being a bit picky as we did leave the bathroom window open. I had a good sleep though so i don't think the noise was a problem at night.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very welcoming and accomodating. Even though there arent tea making facilities in the rooms, you can go down to the bar at anytime of the night and get hot water or buy a coffee or anything else that you fancy! Will definetly visit again! On our last night we had dinner at the hotel and we took the €18 menu which was super delicious and good value for money!

The location of the hotel is good, you need just 5 minutes to get to the main road of the village. The breakfast was good, there were not only sweets like in some other Italian hotels. The pool was nice. Staff were cery helpful and kind. The room was spatious.

The hotel is top class, we really enjoyed it and will visit again for sure. We are to recommend it to our friends and family as it is worthed to the full. Thanks for your impecable service ⭐️

Every single item in the hotel is super. The parking, the building, the lication, the staff, the breakfast, the room especially the fact that one finds a heated towel rail in the bathroom adds to the credits👍 Also we arrived early and we were allowed to make use of our room before check in time - thank you 🤍
