Giorgio was the nicest host ever! He allowed late check in with clear instructions on Whatsapp. The room was super quiet, pleasant, nice bed, wifi, TV(which we didn't use at all but still has it), absolutely wonderful bathroom which is spaceous and has huge mirror. Will love to come back there! 10sec from the seaside! Next time - room with sea view!

If there is a net on the window would improve the stay. Fridge was really weak and bearly cooled down a bottle of water overnight. Still, 10 out of 10 stay!

Giorgio was a great host. Unfortunately the a/c in our room broke, and he graciously offered another room to us for 2 available nights. The location in Aci Trezza is great, right by the boardwalk and a beautiful view from the veranda. The breakfast was as expected, and came with as many cappuccini you could drink. The rooms were immaculate, sheets crisp and clean, and otherwise the place was in great shape. The a/c not working really was a problem unfortunately as Sicily is so hot in July. Parking was a bit of a pain. There is a close municipal paid parking lot we ended up using a few times because there was nowhere else to park. The internet was a bit spotty at times, especially on the verandah.

The view is amazing! We got the room with the sea view, so from the window and our balcony we could see the beautiful coast of Aci Castello. The place is literally in the sea road. crossing the street you can go down to the water. The staff was very kind, helpful and accomodating. Even when we arrived at 1:30 am from our flight, all the instructions to get in worked perfectly well. Plenty of good restaurants near by, and very calm neighborhood. We booked some excellent tours recommended by the Oasis Staff and they picked us up.

The place is a bit away from downtown Catania, so if you don´t drive, taxis are expensive to go downtown, and the buses would take around 45 minutes and they come by once an hour. Timing yourself well this is not an issue, but if you miss one you are stuck waiting for an hour for the next.

The apartment offers a picturesque sea view and generally maintains a clean environment. The bed quality is mediocre at best, yet overall, the accommodation can be considered acceptable for a short stay of one or two days. The primary attraction of this apartment was its balcony with an unobstructed sea view. However, during our stay, we faced an unexpected situation that significantly compromised our experience. We were enjoying the serene sounds of the waves in our room with the balcony doors open, when an uninvited individual walked in. This incident led us to the startling realization that the balcony is a shared space, accessible to occupants from other rooms.

This vital detail, which was not clarified at the time of booking, made our stay less valuable and more expensive than anticipated. Considering the premium we paid for a private balcony, the reality of a shared space was a disappointing discovery. The event not only infringed on our privacy but also raised serious security concerns, as the possibility of a stranger entering our room was not something we had considered. In light of this experience, potential visitors should be aware of the shared balcony and the potential privacy and security issues it may pose. Despite the appealing sea view and cleanliness, this aspect might make you reconsider the price-value proposition of the apartment.

Absolutely everything. Giorgio was responsive to every wish and desire. He is courteous, speaks very good English, and goes well above being a good host.

There is nothing in the world to dislike about the property, the cleanliness, the manager and host, and the location.

Nice view, but depending on the room you may share the balcony. This was ok but we were not aware prior. Staff are super nice.

In October this was great, but can’t imagine this during the season, it must be very loud on this street. But if you can sleep with the windows closed and AC on you’re good. The bed was too squeaky, really.

Giorgio was a superb host. Firstly, we arrived out of hours and Giorgio ensured we could gain access to the room using WhatsApp with clear instructions in English. Secondly, although we had not booked breakfast in advance, he happily organised a very tasty breakfast at the last minute. Lastly, my little boy left his favourite blanket in the room and we only realised later when we'd got to the Aeolian Islands for a week. Giorgio made sure we were able to pick it up on the way back to Catania the following week, which was out of hours. Fabulous.

The view from our room and balcony was straight onto the sea - just gorgeous. Georgia was an accommodating, very friendly host with good recommendations.

There was not a real door (but a sliding door) for the bathroom of our room. Thus, privacy was a bit of a struggle. Fortunately, there is always the option to send someone out onto the balcony to enjoy the view….

The location was perfect, walking distance to the attractions and the restaurants/bars and a beautiful view over the sea both from the room and from the nice terrace, which was equipped with table, chairs and sofa. Good air conditioning, complimentary bottle of water in the fridge and coffee/tea in the common area. Giorgio was very kind and helpful. I would stay there again if I have the chance to visit Acitrezza again.

The location was across the street from the rocky beach. The staff was very kind. The room had a big balcony even though it faced the parking lot.

We had to pay and extra 20 Euros for breakfast, it wasn't worth it but it was convenient. We also had to pay 10 Euros for parking.
