Fantastic location for Capo Mulini harbour Literally minutes via the rear gate of the hotel Ricardo at the pool / pool bar was fabulous So friendly and brilliant service He was always busy serving or cleaning the pool Room was good size - deluxe single (308) Double bed Small balcony but large enough for one Reception staff super helpful with taxis and really late checkout at 1700 for only 30 euros extra Cleaning were amazing and did your room whenever you put the the thing on the door They also did it for me without this even being there Pool and pool bar closed 1300 to 1500 But you can still sit around the pool Cool showers near changing if you need to cool down Great short stay Very relaxing

Location is not good if you want to venture further than Capo Mulini Difficult outside taxi / uber to go anywhere else No cashpoint at hotel or in Capo Mulini Nearest is Acireale Drive up to hotel is very scruffy and run down As are other buildings opposite Don't worry though once in hotel it is nice Drain smell on steps to pool (but nowhere else) Basic breakfast Pastries, bread roll, ham, cheese, fruit and cereal Usual drinks Pool access via vertical steps Would struggle if have mobility difficulties

Great hotel, spacious and modern apartment, more than enough for 4 of us, very clean with towels being changed too often (good complaint). Salt water swimming pool but quite sizable so plenty of room to swim even on busy day. Breakfast was alright, don't expect to be spoiled by a choice but you won't leave hungry for sure. Staff very friendly and 5e aperol spritz at the swimming pool is the best value drink in entire Catania thanks to the size of the glasses. We had a fantastic time in Wave Hotel.

Clean, good air conditioning, great pool, really close to the waterfront of Capo Mulino a tiny village nearly unknown to tourists but still with a great clutch of restaurants huddling round a lovely cove. A lot of the properties on the waterfront are local residents.

Exterior could perhaps do with a bit of a refresh. Interior has been refreshed on a tight budget which is fine but it'll need doing again shortly. Foreigners seem to be a novelty to the staff. Like all hotels we've stayed in while in Sicily it was very quiet for the time of year.

It was clean, good location and good breakfast and nice pool

There s no kettles in the room. We needed a pack of ice because of an injury but they did t had. And I needed hot water for my kids and the guy at the reception was very rude. He just gave us two small cups with hot water and told me has no more.

Hotel was comfortable, room was very spacious, all clean, and very nicely equipped with all the amenities

Staff was friendly, receptionists were very kind and helpful but the waiters didn't know how to speak in English, and were unable to communicate with us . Fortunately I know how to speak and understand italian. Breakfast was poor, just had few things and the waiters were staring at us while eating. We felt a bit uncomfortable even when we tried to wake up from the table to take more food. We took just a very small portion of omelette and a small bun of bread ,no toast and a small cup of juice was given from them only. It is a pity, when you go in a hotel and pay for the breakfast and you'll have these things.

Comfortable appartment with two bedrooms. Good terase with viwe to Etna. Pool big with salt water. Prices in the hotel for lunch perfect, good choice. Staff perfect

I had a nice bathroom The bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean and large. There was a little bar by the pool with coffee and drinks. The drinks were very reasonably priced.

The staff has been so helpful. Alberto in particular was very hospitable, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure everything is okay and my stay was enjoyable. He is a great asset for the business.

I reported I left my sun glasses in the tour bus to Etna. The hotel team took my details but they didn't get back to me to inform me whether they found my glasses. I would like you to get in touch and let me know please.

We had an apartment in the building, very big and cosy. The breakfast it was various and very good. Clean and tidy, for sure we will return.

Very spacious apartment for a family of 4. One can manage to actually relax after hours out and about. Gluten free breakfast items available.
