Franco and Flavia are very kind people, we really appreciated their hospitality. As taxis are difficult to get in the area Franco kindly drove us to where we needed to be one night. The fridge was stocked with juice, milk and eggs plus there were cereals and other breakfast things available. We liked relaxing by the pool and the short walk to the closest supermarket.

Everything was great but the only issue we had was the lack of available taxis in the area (we stayed for a wedding weekend) but everything worked out fine in the end.

We took a smaller room prior to our early departure for the airport. The bed was comfortable, the shower excellent, and the extended room (with cooking facilities) was fine for us. We had to leave at 7 am for our trip to the airport and the weather was terrible. We were in the midst of a thunderstorm which had already lasted hours and had flooded many streets. It was still dark. Without being asked or anticipated, Lanfranco was outside when we emerged from our room and said he would lead us to the main road going to the airport. It was quite a trip, but with Lanfranco leading us through an intricate set of local "streets," and then on to larger, very crowded roads, we found our way to the airport. Thank you, Lanfranco, for this selfless act!

The weather could have been a lot better, but that was hardly the fault of Gens Mundi!

Flavia- my host was fantastic and went over and above to make my stay amazing - from picking me up and drop off at the airport(fees apply) to lending me a bike to visit the nearby wonderful ancient city of Ostio Antica and allowing me to stay on at her place until my evening flight on check out day, I was able to use the pool and room to get ready which was very much appreciated! Extra plus- Flavia also speaks English although she’s Italian which helped me a lot

I enjoyed having my own room and bathroom, and a private kitchen area. I liked having to go through two entrances to get to my room, which provided extra security. Everything was very clean. The host, Flavia, was amazing- she provided breakfast foods for me as well as transport. She was always available and very helpful and communicative. The neighborhood is quiet. It is fairly easy to get to Rome from the property.

The neighborhood is not the most pleasing to the eye, although it is still safe.

Lovely and quiet place. The owner's are so nice and friendly. Shop is few meters, If you come by metromare, take the bus 011. If your flight home is early morning, uber will take 18 minutes to come (they are at airport) but you can order white taxi, they will pickup you in 5 minutes. The sea is 3 minutes by bus and 10 minutes by metromare, also there are 3 FKK beaches near.

Everything was very clean and well appointed. The location is very convenient to the airport, which is why we stayed there, and if we had had more time we would have also visited the archeological site nearby. We did take a drive up the coast and enjoyed a late seafood lunch at a beachside restaurant, which was a nice treat. The hosts were friendly and available, and communicated with us in advance of our arrival. Everything went very smoothly! Breakfast was convenient in a small room adjacent to the bedroom, with everything readily available in a mini-fridge and a coffeemaker. Also, there is a gated, private driveway and we were able to park our car easily and securely. We would stay here again!

The only very minor complaint is that it would have been nice to have some fresh items for breakfast; except for some "fresh" granola there were pre-packaged toasts and such. Also, the second guest room is adjacent to the small breakfast room, and if there had been other guests staying, it would have felt cramped and crowded. Not a big deal overall.

Easy walk into town and to rail station, as well as the local archaeological site (which is a must see if that type of sightseeing is something you’re into). Outstanding local dining. Mind blowing in fact. Host couple extremely friendly and helpful with dining recommendations and use of metro system - happily provided me and my luggage a ride to local rail station when I checked out. Would highly recommend.

We loved the little apartment it was well fitted out with everything you need. The breakfast was great with the fridge stocked with milk, yoghurt, butter and orange juice as well as bread to toast, cakes and biscuits, cereal and a great coffee machine. The owners are the best made us feel super welcome and helped us book a restaurant. Could not fault Genes Mundi would definitely stay again.

There was absolutely nothing we didnt like.

Relatively convenient to and from airport. Hosts are charming Italian couple who both speak English, willing to provide free local transport to excellent local restaurants and to airport for typical fee. Location is suburb of Rome. Facilities in our room were excellent including extensive selection of breakfast options.

Hosts were extremely reactive to any questions prior to the stay. Aiport pickup and drop-off were fast and reasonably priced. The host was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely stay again for longer than a one night stay and recommend Gens Mundi to other travellers. Room was comfortable, well equipped and quiet. Breakfast was big which was good after a long flight!
