We chose the room with a private washroom. It is a very clean and beautifully designed place. The owner is very organized and sending messages close to our arrival to make sure we would find the location well. She cares about her customers and even she left an emergency number in case if we need help at night. She made a welcome tray with a fresh cake, tea and lemonade for use to have upon arrival. The location is perfect and one station away from the apartment, and it is in a walking distance behind the shopping mall. If you take taxi it is about 30-35 Euro to the airport. Train is 5 min away and is 8 Euro. I will return to this place if I go to Rome. There’s a train to take you to Rome.

The bed was very comfortable and larger than most offerings in Europe. The electric key at the door of the apartment was great for easy access. There were many offerings in the room that made our stay very comfortable, such as drinks, snacks and coffee.

The description of the room was a little confusing. This is a room within a condo where you have a shared hallway. It's not a hotal. They called it a bed and breakfast, but because it wasn't in a home, I didn't understand what this meant until I arrived. The area is situated near a large mall. However, every building looks identical, so finding it at first was hard. Once we were oriented, it was fine.

Comfortable, clean, and very pleasant apartment located very close to the airport. Check-in was fully remote, guided by clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The lady we communicated with helped us arrange a taxi to the airport at a good price (we had an early morning flight and public transport was not an option). The welcome treats were a lovely touch – candies and cookies for the kids, and a small bottle of limoncello for the adults made our evening even more enjoyable. For us, this was the perfect place to relax a bit before our flight at the end of our trip through Italy

The location of this property is great for the airport and/or pre or post stays for the cruise port in Civittavechia. It is only one stop away from the train station in Fiumicino Airport (in Parco Leonardo) and only about 300 meters from the train station (and they DO have elevators at the train station!!). I received very elaborate instructions of how to reach the property (including photos) once I had gotten off the train which were really helpful. My hostess (Ileana) did not speak much English (and I do not use What's Ap) but she called a colleague who met me at the property and showed me the room and answered any questions I might have. The room was spotless and once I was settled, Ileana texted me several times to ensure that everything was OK. She had stocked the room with various articles for snacking and breakfast. And the homemade limonocello she had prepared was yummy!

I did not have any issues with this property.

Very nice new apartment, very comfortable bed. The host leaves many treats (limoncello, coffee, tea, sweet and savory snacks...) that make your stay even nicer. I stayed one night to catch an overseas flight. The place is connected via train to the airport, and the trains ride until late night. I arrived late at night, but the host was very nice and took my call. Recommended.

There are several buildings that look exactly the same and it may be challenging finding the right entrance. The host sends very useful information to find the place, but in my case it did not match the information I received through Booking. Minor problem that does not make less likely for me to purchase again this stay.

Just one train station ( four minutes) from the airport. We stayed one night to wait for our connecting flight, so the location is perfect. For check-in, all is automatic, so we were a bit worried, but the instructions are perfect, and we could find the apartment and enter the room easily. The room is clean and cozy. The area is very residential and safe. There is a big shopping mall with a hypermarket beside the apartment.

There is no desk. I needed to do my job a bit, so I hoped it. But it is a small thing.

Very convenient for a night between flight connections. Easy to get to - first stop on the train and then it's a 5 minute walk. Easy enough check in with an app. The room had everything we need for a night and had nice complimentary touches from the hosts who were very responsive over whatsapp.

This is really a room within an apartment (you have your own bathroom) but the thing is when people are moving in the other rooms, you hear everything. So we got awoken quite a few times - probably the other rooms had early flights so were leaving like 4-5-6 AM. Not the end of the world but still the soundproofing is non existent.

Had a comfortable stay. The room is conveniently located near the airport. It takes a 5 minutes train ride and then a short walk to get there. It was clean and neat and had all needed for a night's stay. The host provided some lovely goodies (packaged) that can be used for breakfast.

It was a bit tricky with the self-check in. The online link provided to open the electronic front door was not always working. I had to ask people who were around to help me open the door as there's no reception. It was not clear if there was a physical card/key for the appartement to be collected.

I loved how close the hotel was to the train station! I had a 12 hour layover before my next flight and wanted somewhere to rest for the night. I was able to take a shower & catch a good nights sleep which I am very happy about! There were sooo many snacks and drinks inside the fridge which was so nice to have after a ling day of traveling and everything nearby being closed.

Don’t use Apple Maps to get to the location, Google maps is way more accurate. Even though I was sent pictures and maps, everything looks so much different in the dark but Google maps brought me straight to the door!

The property its very nice and there is no need to worry about anything! Clean, gourgeos and new!! Ileana and Gia was very kind and help us out in everything that we need. We were in a bit of a hurry cause we have a flight very early next day but she provide a taxi phone that were very professional and kind!

The location is a bit difficult to find because there are so many same locations at the same place so if you are not from the area you could get a bit lost.
